Kima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia. The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience. Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

I truly don’t even know where to begin with Elizabeth… she is exceptional. Our stay at Theano Cave Suites was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as pictured online, but Elizabeth is what made our experience feel genuinely 5-star. Before we even arrived in Santorini, she had everything arranged for us. A private driver was waiting at the port with our name, our room was ready early, and from the moment we arrived, we honestly didn’t have to think about a thing. She completely took everything off our plate. Every morning she prepared the most incredible homemade breakfast, at whatever time we preferred, and would help us plan our day… where to go, what to see, transportation, reservations… everything. She somehow made everything feel effortless while still being incredibly personal and genuine. My husband and I were completely blown away by her. We actually decided to stay an extra night in Santorini because of the experience she created for us.  The suite itself is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and everything you would hope for… but Elizabeth is what makes this place unforgettable. I can confidently say that if we return to Santorini, I would specifically return here just to have Elizabeth as our host again. If you are looking for a carefree, luxurious and truly special experience in Santorini… book this place. And if you have Elizabeth taking care of you, consider yourself incredibly lucky. She is truly one of the best things this island has to offer. 🤍

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the views were beautiful. The location is very convenient — it is not right in the busiest part of Oia or near the castle, but restaurants and shops are only a few minutes’ walk away, and we could still enjoy a lovely sunset view from the property. Communication before and during our stay was good. The host replied very quickly on WhatsApp, especially when we had some difficulty finding the exact entrance at first. Our room was a two-level suite, which was nicely designed, spacious and clean. Do note that there are quite a few steps to reach the property, so carrying large luggage can be a little tiring. There is also no breakfast included, which would have been a nice addition given the beautiful terrace and view. The main issue we experienced was on the first night, when the drainage in the bathroom became blocked and water backed up into the room after we showered. As it was already around 11:30 pm, it could not be fixed immediately, so we had to clean up the water ourselves. The next morning, staff checked the issue and arranged for it to be repaired. It took around one to two hours, and we did not have the same problem again on the second night. The issue was resolved, which we appreciated, although a little more follow-up afterwards would have made the service feel more complete, especially considering the price of the stay. On the positive side, they were also flexible with our check-out time as we had a transfer booked later. Overall, the location, room and views were all very good, and our stay would have been excellent without the drainage issue.

C'est le meilleur hôtel que j'ai jamais séjourné à l'OIA. La chambre de caverne est belle. Le petit-déjeuner est également très riche et délicieux. La position cachée peut profiter tranquillement de la décharge du soleil. Je suis très amoureux de cet hôtel!

At first we enjoyed staying at the suite as it has a great view and a private location. It is also next to the Castle of Oia. However they arranged rather expensive transfers at 70 euros for transfer to the port and 60 euros for transfer to the airport. We managed to find much cheaper transfers online. By this we are talking about 20 euros cheaper per trip. We had to share a cab with other people for their expensive transfer, whereas we managed to arrange a private car online. What was the last straw was that the staff never delivered breakfast by the requested time over the course of our 4-night stay. When we asked for breakfast at 8, breakfast came at 8.30 even they knew we had a flight to catch and we had scheduled checkout at 8:50. What frustrated us the most is that, when we told them that breakfast was late, they started giving excuses like there are other customers who had early checkouts and requested breakfast early. It shows that they have prioritised other customers over us, without explaining why. They tried arguing and giving excuses before even performing their service or apologising. I hesitate to call this customer service. The least they could do was to apologise at first opportunity and make up for it, but this did not happen. What's worse? We paid more than 500 euros per night! So think twice before you book this place.

We had the best experience at the hotel and absolute felt spoilt with the room amenities, breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing to fault - but be aware that the top location and views of this property come at the cost of walking multiple stairs through Oias busiest part of town.

L'hôtel est spécial. Je recommande vivement la chambre avec balcon exclusif. C'est si gentil, la vue est magnifique, vous ne pouvez voir la vue panoramique que avec votre compagnie. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Le personnel est si gentil, la facilité est parfaite.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Dans la plus belle ville d'Oia, la chambre derrière est un autre hôtel. Elle ressemble à un hôtel à 10 000 yuans. Elle est si bien qu'elle partage la vue avec un hôtel à 10 000 yuans. La piscine est chaude et les équipements de la chambre peuvent encore l'être. considéré comme un B&B. Il peut être amélioré.

La Caldera Premium Villa est située dans le centre d'Oia et surplombe le volcan. Elle propose une piscine et des hébergements présentant une décoration des Cyclades. Les balcons des chambres offrent une vue sur la caldeira et la mer Égée. Le logement et la vue sont superbes. Le personnel est très serviable et parle bien anglais. Le petit déjeuner fourni par l'hôtel était exceptionnel. Mon seul reproche est que l'emplacement de l'hôtel est à mi-hauteur de la falaise, ce qui nécessite beaucoup d'escaliers avant d'y arriver. Le personnel vous accueillera à votre arrivée et prendra vos bagages, mais vous aurez peut-être du mal à vous déplacer si vous avez mal aux genoux, etc. A part ça, un endroit incroyable dans le monde.
