Hôtels 4 étoiles à Zagreb

It’s walking distance 10-15minutes from Centre bus station , but I have big luggage so I used Bolt about eu3 per-way. Is a quiet & safe place to stay, opposite hotel is children school and a small park. Eu0.53 one-way by train(lot of choices ) to Old-town.

C'était un séjour 5-star pour moi. J'ai passé 2 nuits. Oliver était ami et très réaliste. La chambre était parfaite. Mini frigo, chaudière à eau chaude, et café/té instantané, ainsi que 2 bouteilles d'eau. La location est située à environ 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Zagreb Kolodvor (autobus) et à environ 30-minute à pied de la vieille ville. Wi-Fi gratuit. Je resterais certainement ici encore !

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with bright rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to start the day.

Chambres magnifiques, propres et agréables. Bien que plus petites, elles offrent une ambiance chaleureuse. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout près du centre-ville. L'établissement communique avec vous avant votre arrivée afin de faciliter votre accueil. Le petit-déjeuner était également bon. Un accueil exceptionnel.

The young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

Excellent savory breakfast, with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc. The sweet part is a little lacking. Free private parking. Large room. The shower head cannot be hung on the wall. The sink rests on a shelf that is too deep, which makes it difficult for people who are not tall to use

*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

L'hôtel est une excellente location au centre de Zagreb. Les chambres à l'avant de la rue sont vraiment grandes et très belles. Il y a une belle terrasse avec vue sur certains des sites de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Je suis ravi que le personnel soit amable, réaliste et utile.
