Je trouve cet hôtel comme notre seule option en raison d'une réservation tardive, qui s'est également avérée être la meilleure option que nous pouvions avoir. La chambre avait un jacuzzi, une bonne sensation de grotte et une belle décoration intérieure. L'hôtel lui-même est également situé dans un très bon emplacement, ce qui vous donne accès à presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin en moins de quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel de l'hôtel est également très gentil, après avoir fait le tour en montgolfière et discuté avec d'autres personnes de différents hôtels, j'ai compris que le prix qu'ils nous ont facturé pour les tours en montgolfière et le service de ramassage était le moins cher. Je suis tellement content de les avoir choisis.

Mon séjour au Caverna Hotel Premium Caves a été absolument parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel m'a offert une hospitalité exceptionnelle, veillant à ce que chaque détail soit pris en charge. La conception unique de la grotte de l'hôtel était à la fois luxueuse et confortable, créant une expérience vraiment inoubliable. La chambre était impeccable, joliment décorée et équipée de toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et j'ai passé l'une des meilleures nuits de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, offrant une variété d'options fraîches et savoureuses pour commencer la journée. L'emplacement était idéal, paisible mais à proximité des principales attractions. The hotel is amazing. The people are great, the breakfast is nice and the service is perfect! We arrived the cave hotel earlier than our expectation. The host knows that the long flight is exhausting and let us check in earlier and clean up the room asap for us. Also, she helps us to book the shuttle and taxi to fit our itinerary perfectly.

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

The hotel has a wonderful view. We stayed in a cave room, and its design and atmosphere were very authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also helped us book a hot air balloon flight and a regional tour at a better price than the online rates.

Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait, mais il est préférable de laisser le personnel du magasin monter et descendre vos bagages. Le restaurant est très bon, avec un décor de premier ordre, une cuisine de premier ordre et un service moyen. Ce n'est pas très accueillant, il faut donc prendre l'initiative pour le trouver. La chambre ci-dessous où j'ai séjourné avait une excellente eau de bain, comme une salle de bain privée.

One of the best hotels in Cappadocia!The location is fantastic with beautiful views all around.The rooms were very clean,spacious,and well organized.The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Our flight arrived very early in the morning,and although check-in was later,they kindly gave us our room at 10 AM, which we really appreciated.We were thrilled with the warm welcome drinks,complimentary wine,and afternoon snacks — such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Amazing hospitality and service.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

La chambre est tout à fait correcte et propre ! Parce que ma petite amie et mes amis ne voulaient pas séjourner dans un hôtel complètement troglodyte, j’ai spécifiquement choisi celui-ci. Le petit-déjeuner est de pur style turc avec une touche de style occidental. Il n'y a pratiquement pas beaucoup de monde dans la piscine troglodyte de l'hôtel, donc j'irai jouer un moment quand j'aurai le temps. L'emplacement est au milieu de la ville. C'est très pratique pour se déplacer. Parce qu'il faisait très chaud à notre arrivée, nous voulions allumer la climatisation, mais la climatisation de la chambre était en panne, nous avons donc contacté le personnel. réception pour changer de chambre. La réception nous a emmenés dans plusieurs chambres au choix car la chambre n'était pas disponible, c'était effectivement un peu fatiguant de monter les escaliers au même étage, mais la réception a été patiente et nous a aidés à nous changer. une des chambres le lendemain. Si vous avez beaucoup de bagages, vous n’avez pas à vous soucier d’avoir du personnel de service dédié au transport de vos bagages. La terrasse du restaurant est magnifique et on voit la ville et les alentours C'est magnifique le soir !

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

It's cozy place, I felt the peace and slept very well with super warm reception. Walking distance to bus station,shops, restaurant,A101 super market and especially close to sun raise balloon veiw point.
