La chambre est bien équipée. Les deux enfants ont été informés à l'avance que deux ensembles de tout étaient préparés, dont un lit à bascule, une tente, un petit toboggan dans la chambre, des aires de jeux intérieures et extérieures dans l'hôtel et une sortie pour creuser du sable. Les enfants étaient très satisfaits de tout. Réticents à partir, nous avons soigneusement organisé un départ tardif. Le thé de l'après-midi et le dîner léger proposés dans la chambre exécutive sont également bons. Ce serait parfait si le dîner dans le salon exécutif pouvait être plus riche. Le premier choix pour prendre soin de votre bébé en un seul arrêt. J'ai également vu le spectacle de drones King of Discovery dans la soirée. Si vous partez à nouveau en vacances, vous devriez le choisir à nouveau. Merci pour tous les services qui font chaud au cœur.

We visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de Venise et la plage avec de belles marines. Malheureusement, cet hôtel n'a pas de caisse de dépôt sécurisée. Il n'y a pas de problème avec de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain pour 4 personnes tant que vous savez comment l'utiliser. Je suis très reconnaissante pour le service du personnel de la chambre, Mlle Li Feng Jun, qui était très utile et se sentait comme une famille, ainsi que le personnel de la réception qui étaient très utiles.

Cean room, spacious and had a balcony. Facilities wise had all you needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten at the hotel. Lots of music things displayed around the hotel. First time in a Hard Rock Venue for me so was quite nice and surprising the amount of music on display. All staff was friendly and attentive. 

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. Comme on pouvait s'y attendre d'un hôtel cinq étoiles de longue date, les chambres étaient propres et bien rangées, et offraient tout le confort nécessaire. Le point fort était la vue imprenable, avec un panorama sur la ville depuis le rez-de-chaussée et sur la mer au loin. De plus, le séjour était très avantageux en basse saison.

L'hôtel est situé sur la rive de la rivière Malan et vous pouvez avoir une vue panoramique sur la place Xinghai et le pont Cross-sea depuis la chambre. La chambre est très neuve, avec un design moderne et des articles de toilette complets et un équipement multimédia. L'ascenseur est monté jusqu'au 46e étage et le paysage de la rivière Malan et de toute la place Xinghai était pleinement visible. C'était toujours la vie familière de la ville. Cette fois-ci, j'ai laissé du temps à la piscine, à regarder le coucher de soleil par la fenêtre, à un long dîner à l'hôtel et à un long petit-déjeuner en me levant tôt le lendemain, et à prendre un repas tranquille entre amis. Je suis très reconnaissant à Li Yi du service des relations avec les clients. Il était très prévenant et a aménagé une chambre avec une bonne orientation. Il a ajouté mon WeChat avant mon arrivée à l'hôtel et m'a aidé à organiser l'enregistrement à l'avance. Après mon arrivée à l'hôtel, il a patiemment trouvé le type de chambre qui me convenait. Je pouvais voir le pont qui traversait la mer à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond. J'ai toujours aimé le service d'InterContinental. Je le contacterai à l'avance lors de mon prochain séjour.

The experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It is international level standard and that is hard to come by around here. Breakfast was yummy. Loved their no slippers and robes policy during breakfast. Everything was orderly, it’s clean, very beautiful, the pool is great, the gym and golf place too. I wish I didn’t have to leave. Thank you to the chefs and staff for treating us well♥️

Booked 2 rooms on a higher floor to enjoy the city views. Unfortunately there was a noticeable toilet smell in both rooms. Reporting this to the hotel staff we were allocated alternative rooms. They still had a smell but it was less pungent than the others. Having stayed at this hotel a few years ago, its showing signs of tiredness in fixtures, fittings and facilities. We were told the hotel will be refurbished in the year ahead. Breakfast buffet is good with a wide selection of western and Asian cuisines. It gets busy, especially at the weekend. There is a decent sized pool though the changing rooms are in need of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of other 5 star properties in the city. Room rates are currently low to reflect the hotels current situation, as told by a manager when the room smell was reported. Still a great stay thanks to its location and breakfast offering and the room rates. Look forward to its refurbishment in the future.
