Kings' Valley Medical & Spa Hotel

The hotel is perfect in every possible aspect! Very clean rooms, the pools and spa are perfect, and very clean too. The check in was very fast, although it says its in 3pm, we got here at 2pm and we get in right away. The food is delicious and there's a lot of choices. Is you are about to reserve my recommendation is to include dinner in the price too, you won’t regret it! Also the staff is very polite and thoughtful. There’s plenty of details that will make you feel really special. Totally worth it!

The best hotel me and my family have been to in a long time. Great room, very clean and spacious. Spa facilities are really excellent. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely great with great variety and most meals made on the spot. I absolutely recommend!

I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely great! Huge variety and abundance of food! I think the price was worth the stay. Only two disadvantages : the service is really bad unfortunately and the room was not so clean.

Looks clean and modern (because it is new). Spa is ok. Pools are ok. However, service is bad, not enough personnel working. Spent two hours waiting in line to check-in at the reception. Food was only ok. Nothing interesting in the area around.

Big room but not clean. When i went to the balcony the ashtray was full of farts. The balcony was not clean too. The food was not like for a 5 star hotel. Old vegetables, the banica was mixed with fresh and old pieces, lack of varied food. I was with my little girl and I was worried about what food she was eating It has a good spa and swimming pools.

I am utterly impressed by the luxury of the hotel. Everything is up to a high standard. The rooms are very stylish and big, the food is very delicious, the gym is well equipped and clean, the spa has a large selection of procedures and products. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My overall experience is top and I will be returning.

Worst service ever, customer services is on bottom level. Prices are ridiculous and not worth it. Me and my partner from UK decided to stay there for 5 days we were so bored . It was over crowded and boring nothing to do . They want ridiculous money for renting equipment for example for tennis outside or table tennis . I was in shock, 30 min tennis cost 100lev ( 2xtennis rackets + balls ) this is crazy , we thought we would have affordable fun holiday but Kings Valley managed to disappoint us. Kings Valley wanted to get so king of starts or approval so they got entertainment room , very poor and bad . They have table tennis of course no rackets to play. We asked receptionist and they told us we have to rent , guess the price to rent stupid table tennis rackets 50lev ( not to buy them just rent) . So yeah we didn’t rent anything and we were extremely bored , as the hotel is located middle of nowhere. I wanted to talk with hotel manager to complain they told be few times he is busy. What kind of joke hotel manager is this not to pay attention to the guests and not to find time to listen to a complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , DON’T GO TO KINGS VALLEY. Around EU is so many amazing hotels cheaper than this . ( we paid a lot for our rooms , I am regretting it)

We are visiting the hotel for the second time this year and we think it just keeps getting better! We were satisfied with the kind and responsive staff, the food, the spa center! We will visit again!

If you want to swim and have a fantastic jacuzzi experience, you should choose this hotel. It is new, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, the furniture looks good, the linen, towels and amnesties are of good quality. Our room faced the back yard; unfortunately there was also the air vent in the kitchen. It is noisy and you can feel the smell of the menu from the room... The ventilation in the room is also noisy even if you turn it off. There are 2 dedicated swimming pools: one indoor and one outdoor. These pools are not heated. There are other pools with heated water. The spa area is ok. Although the hotel has these amenities for relaxation, the design makes it look like a business hotel, not a leisure one. The food at the buffet is ok. Be aware of your bill: I think there are guests who have lunch and put it in a random room. At least that's what happened to us. The girl at the reception removed the products from our bill when requested, but there was no apology for the incident. They don't verify your room number with your check-in card or they just made a mistake. We were surprised to see that there was a pay area by the pool. They didn't charge anything now because it was off season I guess... Also the music from the pool bar was annoying (high volume!).
