The accommodations were quite impressive 👏 for such a team of young people all of my in-house requests were complete in a timely manner. Plus,the property location was very user friendly and I loved my stay..I will highly recommend this property location to all my friends and associates for future stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Plus, the continental breakfast did fulfill my family's needs not to travel outside the property early in the morning despite the adjustments due to covid protocols in place. This property is very well maintained and my shout-out to the front desk management for accommodation one of my ADA family members by providing a low floor request..Thank you for a cool place to stay.. The suites were just perfect for our family situation. My daughter and her husband and three small children stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites. My adult son and I had a separate 2 bedroom suite. Spacious and comfortable. The two bedroom suite is less expensive than paying for two guest rooms. Oh! And the bed mattresses are fantastic! Breakfast was also very nice, with an option to make fresh waffles. For those not eating carbs, the only choices are boiled eggs and fruit (if that's on your diet). But those with eating limitations are used to that. Coffee was available all day. The hotel staff was cheerful and helpful. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

the location was very dated. Signs show Covid protocols but didn't notice many wearing masks. We stay in a lot of hotels including Marriots this one definitely missed there mark. I would not stay here again - was not up to Marriotts standards of high cleaning

Horrible experience. I checked in the 9th of december 2022, and the 10th i went for breakfast and i requested my right to depart at 4pm, i am entitled by MARRIOTT terms and conditions that TITANIUM members have COMPULSORY 4pm check out ( except convention center and resorts but towneplace is not one of these) and she said because i didnt informed them the previous day they cant guve me any late check out because they have a group of people and they need to clean the room, i requested for the manager ( first shift) and she said she was the manager ( i dont know her name, nobody has a tag on their shirt, pretty unprofessional) and now they cant manage it, i discussed for 5 minutes saying that it s compulsory and im so sorry but i need to leave the room at 4pm. She said that she has the policies printed at the back and she refuses to give me late check out. I said i will call Marriott, she replied, i dont care, I called Marriott Loyalty team from titanium members, and they called her... 5 minutes later they said they can give me 3pm check out. Do u see how u care now? Do i have to threaten u to call Marriott and u accept late check out when they force u only? Rude, unprofessional and horrible service. If she is really an assistant manager or shift manager you guys seriously think twice how you manage your hotel because it s not acceptable to be playing games and threaten to call loyalty team to do what you needed to do from the beginning. Management of this hotel please teach URGENTLY your employees your rules because even if you are a franchise, you MUST COMPULSORILY follow Marriott policies.

Apholstered couch had stains. Chair had crumbs.Smelled like cleaning products and air freshener-very strong. Largest bedroom did not have any blankets. Toilet was way to small for adults. All furniture was outdated and abused - large scratches in wood and dented appliances. Florescent light cover was hanging loose. When the heater was warm enough to warm the sitting area it was so hot in the small bedroom you couldn't breath. mold around tub trim and trim was loose.

Checked in last week with my friends and Brent helped us out. Very kind gentleman I can tell he has been doing customer service a long time. I had to wait a few minutes to be checked in while he helped someone else. I could see the care he was putting into making sure that they were comfortable so I did not mind at all having to wait a little longer than I normally would to check into a hotel. He gave me the same service as I had just witnessed and honestly better service than I have had at a hotel since the start of Covid. You can tell he really cares. We were able to talk for a while and it was a pleasure sharing parts of my life with him and hearing a little more about him. After arriving in our room we were surprised by the size and amenities. We were very pleased with the room but unfortunately it seemed like there was an issue with our toilet flushing. It was working well enough for the night, and when we called down to let the desk know about it, we said we wouldn't mind if maintenance came in the morning to look at it. Brent was happy to see if he could fix it for us and within 10 minutes we had a working toilet. We couldn't be mad that it didn't work initially and we are surely happy that we could be comfortable for the rest of our stay. We had a fishing trip planned and recently stayed at this hotel. The location is great and the rooms were very comfortable for three adults. We had 3 kingsuite rooms booked only to be informed the day before arriving that due to a computer error all 3 were being downgraded to standard rooms. The explanation was basically “sorry nothing we can do.” When we arrived after a 10 hour drive to check in we were told that we were 30 minutes early for check in and the room wasn’t ready. (Checkin was at 3pm-room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm-3 hours after the check in time) The front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. I stay at Marriott properties several times a week every week for work and was really taken aback by the lack of customer service and just overall unfriendliness of the staff. The rooms were fine however the suites would have been a little roomier. The only complaint regarding the room was there was still food left in the fridge from the previous guest-not a huge deal but come on-3 hours late to have the room ready and the fridge wasn’t cleaned out. Like I said the location to the lake is great and the rooms are comfortable but the staff needs some serious work on their customer service.
