Sporthotel Zoll

I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them.

Great hotel with sporting and leisure facilities near fantastic hiking and biking area in the Alps. Family hotel with very clean sporting and swimming facilities, great apartments and good restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Great stay - reception from the get-go, was very welcoming, friendly and polite, making sure we had what we needed at the right price. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Excellent food including breakfast! Nice pool and wellbeing facilities. Highly recommend the stay!

Just came back, excellent hotel for family ski holiday, friendly, helpful staff and absolutely amazing views. We had a really nice and relaxing stay here I highly recommend. Definitely coming back and thank you for making my son's anniversary so special.

The rooms at the hotel are spacious we travelled as a family of 4 and booked a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment within the hotel. Having a living area and kitchen the space made us feel at home with all the fantastic amenities of the Hotel. The location is super convenient close to the downtown of Vipiteno and very close to the Rosskopf Ski area an hiking trails out the back. The pool was beautiful and serene and the kids loved the climbing wall. The sauna and steam room were a nice addition on a cold winter day. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and part of the family. We ate at the hotel restaurant every evening and enjoyed the delicious cuisine. We highly recommend staying at the Sporthotel Zoll .

Hotel molto bello a 2 passi dal centro di Vipiteno! Camere ben curate con ottime dimensioni! L’hotel offre numerosi servizi fra cui piscina interna, esterna riscaldata, sauna, campo da tennis, area fitness etc.. tutto molto bello in perfetto stile altoatesino! Colazione molto buona con svariati prodotti genuini! Per trovare alcune pecche! Materasso per me non comodissimo , frigo bar senza nessun prodotto! Per un 4 stele direi cosa molto grave! Nel complesso lo stra-consiglio!!!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen, familiengeführten Hotel zu verbringen, und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, was gerade für Anreisende mit dem Auto ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Der Erholungsbereich des Hotels ist beeindruckend groß und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Wellnessbereich, der nicht nur äußerst sauber, sondern auch unglaublich angenehm ist. Hier kann man perfekt abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Für Sportbegeisterte bietet das Hotel eine Vielzahl an hervorragenden Sportmöglichkeiten. Egal ob Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad oder andere Aktivitäten – hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Auch das kulinarische Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist absolut top, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bereithält. Die Qualität und Vielfalt der Speisen sind wirklich bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Betten äußerst angenehm, sodass einem erholsamen Schlaf nichts im Wege steht. Die Außenanlage des Hotels ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein.Der angrenzende Fluss ist nicht nur schön anzusehen, das Geräuch wirkt wie ein Wasserfall und ist sehr angenehm. Zudem ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Ob Wandern, Sightseeing oder andere Unternehmungen – hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Nicht zuletzt möchte ich das nette Personal erwähnen, das stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Hotel, das ich ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen kann. Das gebuchte Recovery class Paket war zudem ein Top Preis Leistung Angebot. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Tolles Hotel mit einem umfangreichen Sportangebot und leckerem Essen. Essenswünsche der Kids immer umgesetzt. Super freundliches Personal und Gastgeber Viele Möglichkeiten den Tag mit Sport oder Wellness zu verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: hotel bello e recente, Spa ampia e lussuosa, piscina grandissima che comunica con l'esterno. Zone comuni ben arredate. Palestra con molti attrezzi tutti ottimi Colazione abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Cena discreta con porzioni un po' piccole. La camera non all'altezza di un 4 stelle : moquette per terra in parte sporca, divano consumato con la stoffa rotta, box doccia con pareti in plastica. E' vero che nella descrizione la camera poteva avere il pavimento con la moquette allora nelle foto mettete quella. Poichè mi sembrava che una federa non fosse stata cambiata l'ho levata ed ho trovato un cuscino vecchissimo pieno di macchie gialle dei precedenti clienti. Quando ho chiamato la reception la cameriera è arrivata subito e mi voleva dare solo la federa perchè secondo lei il cuscino non andava cambiato. Dopo le mie dimostranze me lo ha cambiato con uno messo meglio. Inoltre non è possibile che i titolari (a parte il figlio) facciano sorrisoni e battute cordiali ai clienti di lingua TEDESCA ed a noi italiani neanche un saluto se non qualche volta e forzato. Gentili invece le cameriere e simpatico il cuoco pugliese. Per concludere quando si pagano CERTE CIFRE dovrebbe essere tutto perfetto o quasi.
