Fattoria Degli Usignoli

Absolutely flawless! My partner and I hosted our wedding at Fattoria degli Usignoli in August 2022. We brought around 40 guests over from the UK who all stayed at the venue for 3 nights or more. Venue: What can we say - the perfect wedding venue! Fattoria degli Usignoli is absolutely stunning and we loved it from the moment we first saw it! It has historic buildings, two large swimming pools, a tennis court, table tennis, fantastic restaurants, a pool bar and the most amazing courtyard for weddings with sunset views over the Tuscan hills. Staff: From the moment we arrived, the organisation of the staff was obvious! All of the staff went above and beyond to make all of our guests feel very special and accommodated. We were in regular contact with Roberto, the general manager, in the year before our wedding who was also always available to answer any queries we had during our stay. During our stay, Alessio could not have done more to help us and our guests - during the wedding but also in the days before and after. Also, Annalisa on reception was always available and happy to help with any questions we had! Wedding: We fully recommend this venue if you're thinking of having your wedding in Tuscany! The setting is amazing, the staff are incredible and absolutely everything went according to plan! All of our guests, including ourselves, were blown away! Rooms: All of our weddings guests were able to stay at the venue and so we were able to see a number of different room types during our stay, including rooms, apartments and the Bridal Suite. All of which were large, clean, air conditioned and with easy access to the restaurants/pools/rest of the hotel. Food: We ate all of our meals during the course of our 4 night stay at the hotel, all of which were absolutely delicious! The staff organised several meals for us, including a Pizza Party and of course, our Wedding meal. They catered for gluten free and vegetarian guests and even some of our Italian guests said that the risotto was the best they had ever had! To conclude, we fully recommend this amazing venue for holidays and weddings. We will almost certainly be back again soon!

This placed ended up being the best surprise on our family's Italian round trip! We left Sienna a day earlier than planned during a boring stay. Therfore we had a day in our schedule to "kill" and made a reservation here. Great authentic Italian place, the kindest staff we met during our 1 month stay in Italy. Fantastic restaurant at site, fabulous view and sunset and two clean and inviting pools. The breakfast and lunch restaurant had the most welcoming staff, it was a pleasure to visit this hotel. We are actually planning to visit this place again next year and rent an apartment for a week or two.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Ireland through great Value Vacations. We had no problems other than our mi unit quit working towards end of out trip and we depended on that for our gps. We spent quite a bit of time (a few hours) traveling to another town to find a store that could ECU age the unit. This of course was no fault of Great Value Vacations just one of those frustrating things that happened. We highly recommend this company. We visited in May 2016.

I loved the stay here. It was very close to a local shop/bar. The family who owned it were friendly and so helpful. Sunrises were an absolute dream. Not to mention I loved being greeted by the kitties in the morning on my patio. I really did not want to leave. Highly recommend for couples or solo. Best way to unplug.

Beautiful views everywhere you looked. Good breakfast but you do pay for it. Restaurant on site but limited menu. We kept waiting to get pizza but not at lunch. We went one night and they decided to pizza due to tour group. We went into a small town and ate pizza with the locals. Good wine which is their wine and food was from local farms. Dry peaceful but you must have a car to stay here. Very Italian roads to get anywhere like Florence, Pisa, and Tuscany Drive through 3 towns.

I have to advise you to avoid this place, I'm afraid. It is incredibly, incredibly beautiful and in fact our wedding itself was amazing, but after everyone left, they stole money from almost all of guests using the credit card information each guest left. They took amounts between 40e and 120e indiscriminately and after all the guests had checked out and tried to validate these with the guests by saying that the couple (us) did not pay for the food so they had to charge our guests. We of course paid for all costs precisely in the way that was agreed (with plenty of written proof), then at the end of the wedding they tried to overcharge us by over 3,400e. When we declined to pay this, they then stole it from each of our guests within minutes. Shameful and illegal, of course. We are currently in the process of a lawsuit, which one really shouldn't have to do after one's wedding. Sad.

Absolutely loved my stayed. We have been greated by friendly staff members all weekend no question is too big or small. The views are amazing, and it's peaceful. There's a little place to go For breakfast and lunch, and then you can book to go in restaurant, the food was delicious, and good selection to Choose from. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station which is 15 minutes away, if you want to go into Florence. It's €20 each way but its worth it if you don't like driving on the little roads, A special shout out to the gentleman who took us. He was brilliant!!! The room We stayed in was beautiful. Yes it was a little dated but we wanted the authentic experience and it lived up to our expectations. There is two pools which you can use. One of the pools was opposite our room and we made use of it..we walked into town which took about 5 minutes and had a few drinks which was very reasonably priced and we were greated by very lovely friendly locals. If it is a quiet retreat your looking for then I definitely recommend, it's been perfect for me and my husband, for our anniversary, thank you for a wonderful stay
