Terrible!!!! i was unable to reach the hotel because of extraordinary circonstances and the hotel refused to refund me the cost of it. Even I applied for the cancellation earlier. That is an hotel to avoid!!!!

Nous avions testé la chaîne Premier Inn a Londres et Edimbourg et nous en etions tres satisfait mais celui-ci deroge a la regle. Hôtel en périphérie de la ville mais à 5 min en voiture du centre. Parking spacieux. Le personnel ne fait pas beaucoup d'efforts pour comprendre notre anglais.... La chambre est ridiculement petite (le lit double et les 2 lits simples sont alignés sans pouvoir passer entre). Si vous souhaitez vous connecter il faudra aller dans le couloir !! L'insonorisation avec l'étage supérieur est inexistant. Quant au petit déjeuner, il faudra sortir de l'hôtel pour le prendre au Beefeater d'à côté ou le personnel n'est la aussi pas très coopératif. Et alors que nous avions pris la plus haute formule de petit déjeuner, nous avons eu le plaisir de payer 8,99£ pour 3 chocolats chauds alors que le l'air chaud était disponible dans la machine, ça fait cher les 3 ou 6 cuillères de chocolat en poudre, la aussi le serveur s'est bien gardé de nous prevenir. Bref, dernière étape de notre road trip à oublier.

Great experience all round! Room was clean and well stocked. Comfy bed and nice shower, decent breakfast and links to the city (walking distance) . Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Rory who sorted us out. Will definitely be staying again.

Hotel as a whole was fine and staff were friendly, but we stayed in room 111 and it smells like an old boot/ dank and damp. You can't open the window to air the room either. Also it could be cleaned better. Got a shower on the 1st night, walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were covered in hairs and black bits. Yuck

Had an overnighter in a "Premier Plus" room, all very comfortable and spotlessly clean. As ever, the bed was very comfortable and we experienced no noise from neighbours and/or corridors etc.. We also took the meal deal at the adjacent restaurant and this was of a decent standard and very good value. The actual door to the hotel was extremely stiff and even though " automatic door" sign indicated otherwise. Also, you needed to put your car reg onto a pad and I only saw this when checking in out of the corner of my eye and perhaps this should have been more prominent or perhaps mentioned by the receptionist.

First time I've felt let down using Premier Inn. Very noisy guests until late at night and early morning, running and jumping around the hotel. Mould on bathroom wall. Be advised if you pre-pay breakfast you need to book a table at the restaurant. If you don't no guarantee you will get served. On arrival at breakfast at 1020 hot food selection was limited. Took over 15 minutes for breakfast order to be taken. Restaurant was untidy/dirty.

Stayed 2 nights. Very close to train station, town, and shops. Easy to find via car too. Only issue I had was the shower. Water pressure was terrible at the last night and in the morning of our departure, shower head had black mould still on it. Shower tray didn't drain fast enough so even with low water pressure, you'd still be standing in a tray of water. Would have made a complaint to staff to be moved, however we were checking out that day. Room was quiet, had the essentials, bed was really comfortable. Several parts of the hotel were in need of repair when I arrived, such as the bell buzzer in reception and the elevator button. I've stayed here numerous times in the past, and this was the first time I've been let down by the quality of stay. Next time if I travel by train instead of car I'll consider other hotels in the town.

Stayed at Stirling many times,staff are great ,rooms are good ,always clean and tidy. Sadly this time despite paying to upgrade the Wi-Fi,we could not connect despite trying 5 different devices. Premier+ rooms are nice

Stayed at the hotel a good few times now Always friendly staff Carrie on reception was a great help everytime we have checked in Room always clean and tidy Normally go to the restaurant for food again staff are always friends and u get a good feed
