Manchester Trafford Centre Wst

隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

Really poor!! Would not stay with premier inn again. The cleanliness was disgusting, the bedding had stains and rips, the curtains had moth holes, there was ********** on the bedding, marks over the walls. My 5 year old found a pack of paracetamol under one of the beds which could have been fatal I hadn’t have noticed this. The heating was not working either. After initially making this know to staff we were told that no other room was available. But then after requesting a refund we were offered a different room. The new room was cleaner but still not expected standards. We had travelled as a family ( 2 children 5 and 6) for 4 hours from South wales to stay with you and we was let down by yourselves - will not be returning!!

Amazing. Lovely staff especially Amar who was very friendly and welcoming The hotel is beautifully decorated and really modern. Perfect location only 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre for a good days shopping. Would definitely come back again

Chocolate brownie was lovely and so was service. Made us very welcome and had a lovely stay. Couldn’t recommend better around Manchester. Location is perfect 5 min walk to Trafford Centre. Staff are lovely and room is made perfect with a lovely view.

Couldn’t manage to check in on the self check-in so Amar checked us in and even made sure our car was registered in the carpark. Also had a lovely evening meal, served by Amar, very helpful when helping us with the menu offer and was so friendly.

Never seen a Premier Inn refurb like this place before! Wow! The reception and restaurant are just looks amazing with neons and plants/greenery, really modern. It wasn’t very clear where to check in and the check in machine didn’t work so I had to find a staff member for assistance. Room was clean but I wouldn’t say the rooms were refurbed at all. I dined that evening and the food was ok, nothing special, there was also a 2-4-1 cocktails offer. I’m glad I checked my bill was it was wrong and I’d been charged double for drinks but it was rectified, lucky I checked!! Plenty of parking and free, great location. Would return for sure.

Hotel was very nice and beds were very comfy. My wife had left her charger at home and there was nowhere open to buy one and the staff looked everywhere and managed to find her one. They went out the way to do this especially Amar. Thanks again guys

Travelling to Norfolk from Scotland. Decided to book a place to chill overnight about midway. This location was perfectly placed just off the motorway. Hotel is huge but has lifts that take you up. We were located on the top floor, this was lovely and quiet. We maybe heard one door shut! The social area is beautiful, has some lovely sofas and chairs. A real chill out zone. Breakfast was amazing, hot, tasty and buffet style. All you could ever need. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, purely so we could get a leg stretch, but the menu looks very tasty. Room was very clean and set up to host myself, partner and toddler. Was a great overnight! Breakfast staff were so friendly! Great experience will be back for sure!

This was our stay for the ManU vs Newcastle game. Great little hotel so close to the Trafford Centre and a quick walk to the Metrolink which means you can get to anywhere easily. We would definitely stay again. Ease of travel to Old Trafford (30ish mins) and if you want to shop well the HUGE Trafford Centre is a short walk away. Bar is well stocked and has a great relaxed a**osphere. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and offered assistance without needing to ask. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but to the lady who so kindly helped fashion me a shower cap - THANK you! 100% recommend.
