Avis : Best Western Premier la Grande Hotel

The room is spacious and clean. Well maintain. But a bit run down on furnitures and paintings. Some lightings in the room is not working and the room not bright enough. The rain showers also need to be replace as the mechanism is too old and uncontrollable. The room service is great, no comments. Overall we have a pleasant stay there for 5 nights.

Hotel is quiet clean, location is in the city, Breakfast veey standard need improvement Parking very hard need to valet and the space very squicy

As always.. best to stay with limited parking spot, clean and tidy room

The hotel is comfortable, the room is spacious, the towels are very clean and soft, the restaurant is a bit small but it's okay. Overall it's comfortable and strategic 😊❤️

i stay there mainly near to my work place.. opposite is mall consider convenient

The hotel was really comfortable, and the location was good, lots of stores nearby. The rooms could use a little bit more of care. But it was a really pleasant stay, and the staff was super polite and helped me with everything I needed

Hotel location is really good surrounded by many restaurant like kfc, Hokabento and others. Have small convinience store behind and shopping mall (BIP) in the front and Riau Junction 10minute walk. The food quite nice consider the class of the hotel. The downside that we face was the hot water on the shower. It has limited time like 5 min and it will changed into cold water after that. We call the technician and he said the temperature was correct. It just enough to have a quick shower but not enough if you wash your hair or more than 5 min🥲

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs.

Location is good on the city center of Bandung, many food variation nearby in walking distance. beware of traffic jam during rush hour in front of hotel. Finding parking spot on high occupancy definitely also will be challengng. Overall pleasant stay, my diamond select status has been recognized with free upgrade room (eventhough you have to ask first!) I have not try the gym and pool but looks decent for this 4 star hotel I’ve missed the afternoon tea when check in but they offered me in evening to bring some nice ginger drink + local snacks to my room, appreciate the service gesture. If you dont mind with the traffic jam I can recommend this for short stay.
