Decent hotel to stay,in primex location,worth the money,very easy going and friendly staff,good room service,fast check in and check out,all major restaurants nearby,car parking too provided in such restricted space,would certainly recommend to my friends,very close to railway station only 500 metres distant

Comfortable business hotel to stay in Surat. Hotel elements is close to railway station. The surrounding are quit & peaceful around the hotel.this is more of an business than an leisure hotel rooms were quite clean and bed Lilen where fresh. Overall ambiance was above our expectations considering the hotel is pocket friendly.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Elements Surat and had a fantastic experience. The modern decor and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's central location was convenient the railway station was within walking distance and the on-site dining options were not available but they have a small restaurant in the same compound. I highly recommend Hotel Elements Surat for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city."

Tempted by the amazing reviews, we booked three rooms for 3 nights. But things began to go wrong right away. Many of the services that on their list are completely unavailable. There was no ‘optional’ breakfast in the hotel. They failed to clean the room at all on day #1, and finally did so on day #2 after I insisted. Walking around the hotel, we quickly realized that their “photos” aren’t real; they’re computer simulated images. Although the lobby was nice, it wasn't the pristine image they showed online. We also found the location to be poor; you have to walk thru crazy traffic to get there. The hallways are noisy. There was no shower curtain, so the entire bathroom floods. After we checked out, they posted a false review under my name saying how great I felt their hotel was! There are a lot of great hotels in Surat; this sure isn’t one of them.

Nice hotel with good service staff is very helpfull i came for shopping to nextile and stayed here .. property is very maitined and clean i am recmonding this hotel for family . Location aslo good easly you can get taxi from here

hotel was a delightful experience that left me with positive impressions. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a comfortable stay. The room, though modestly priced, exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The crisp linens and neatly arranged furniture created a cozy ambiance. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and the housekeeping staff consistently maintained a high standard throughout my stay. The hotel staff deserves commendation for their exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous and responsive to any inquiries or requests.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the City from Top Floor
