酒店與織造府相依，環境優雅，江南風情，順着小徑走過石橋來到大堂，一側為總枱接待，另一側有休息沙發，大堂供有免費的飲料和小點。服務員很熱情，辦好入住，一直送到房間。不一會，便送來歡迎水果，很温暖。
入住的大床房，簡潔明快，有些設計很切主題，比如床邊枱燈上方的梭子和拖鞋面料的圖案。其次，很喜歡房間配備的茶具和燒水壺。
房間的硬件基本到位，床墊入睡感很好，洗浴乾濕分開，冰箱的飲料是免費的。
雖然山塘街已是商鋪林立，遊客不少，但位於織造府深處的客房卻非常安靜，入眠效果很好。
酒店餐廳在一樓，餐位不少，落地玻璃外就是一片水池，假山樹木相映成輝，特別是水池內的觀賞魚顏值很高，有時站在石橋上看着魚們游來游去，竟會站好一會。
酒店位置很好，住在這裏逛山塘街很方便，離閶門碼頭不遠，坐船遊運河也挺棒的。
自駕：酒店位於景區內，如果自駕，車子需停在景區入口的停車場。
交通：火車到蘇州站，乘7路公交到山塘街下，僅三站很方便。

很喜歡蘇州這個城市，來旅遊時在景區附近的酒店看到了這家漫心酒店。位置在山塘街裏面，從嶺南會館裏進去，是一個絲綢文化館，能看見酒店的提示牌，沿着小道往裡走，別有一番景象，池塘、假山、安靜、優雅，如同住在園林裏一般。前台的服務員十分的熱情、貼心、服務也很好，房間是給我免費升級了高級大床房，房間空間大，安靜舒適，阿姨打掃的很乾凈，設施設備也很棒，床很舒服。這邊的早餐很有特色，住在這裏真的是一種享受。

這個是在山塘街裏的一家精品酒店，環境不錯，各方面服務也可以，房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！😏 😏

Overall, i really enjoyed my holiday in suzhou, and if there's a chance I will book back the same hotel. But the concierge lady I think they can improve more on their services they don't seem that friendly. As per the review I saw from trip.com

Awesome hotel with local authentic decor. Nice room design and high quality furniture. However breakfast is definitely served late (passed 7:00 am) still not ready. Front desk staff was still asleep past 7:00 am. We woke up because needs to catch early train schedule.

Located right in the middle of Shantang street which is a main tourist attraction, hotel entrance was easy to find as well. Room was quiet even though it’s right by the tourist street. Accessible via metro, but will need to walk about less than 10 minutes through a pebbled stone street - will recommend to reach slightly earlier in the day, as the street can get VERY crowded at night especially on weekends/peak periods, which will make it challenging to navigate with luggage.
