IInvitéJ'écris rarement des critiques sur les B&B. C'est vraiment une première fois rare pour moi. C'est aussi un magasin que je choisirai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite à Zhouzhuang, que ce soit chaque coin que le propriétaire du magasin a soigneusement décoré ou le plus mignon. petits seins dans le magasin. Le chien Snowball nous a fait sentir comme chez nous et le lit chaud nous a apporté beaucoup de chaleur et de joie. J'espère que nous pourrons rester plus longtemps la prochaine fois ~.

BBaoxinainai一如既往的好，服務態度超級好，每個人臉上都有笑臉，大堂還有免費的咖啡，茶，小點心，水果。有朋友來，我就直接在大堂招待他們了哈哈哈。過年那幾天，我們想在房間吃火鍋，客房經理説房間不能吃火鍋，那我們買了一堆東西還有鍋子，沒辦法用了，這位客房經理還特意領我們去員工用餐的房間讓我們用餐，真的太感謝她🙏

Nous buvons le thé d'après-midi avec arrogance dans le peuple. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits d'aller voir le livre pour un après-midi. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits de recevoir les fruits de nos invités, le café, le thé, le thé d'après-midi, le vin rouge, la soupe de poulet de pomme, Petit-déjeuner, accompagnement, merci à l'hôte enthousiaste de mon frère, aide à transporter les bagages, nous présente et nous amène au restaurant, le plus beau peuple.

IInvitéNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

2. Le parking gratuit mis à disposition par l'hôtel se trouve à cinq minutes à pied de l'hôtel.
3. Les installations de la chambre République de Chine sont plutôt bonnes, mais la salle de bain a une odeur nauséabonde qui réveille les gens au milieu de la nuit.
4. La cour à l'extérieur de la fenêtre est très distinctive.

Mmaylody2302C'était une très bonne expérience. Le service était au top. L'hôtel est proche des transports donc facile d'accès pour visiter. Les chambres sont propres et belles. L'extérieur était très agréable. De plus, il y a plein de structures pour se divertir à l'intérieur.

Qqueen_kooSi vous recherchez un lieu 4 étoiles parfait en centre-ville, ne cherchez pas plus loin ! Cet endroit est une bonne affaire toute l'année et même en haute saison. Je vais diviser ma critique en sections si nues avec moi.
1) Chambres : Les chambres sont vétustes et ont besoin d'un sérieux travail de peinture et le canapé est assez ”grattant” en termes de matériaux. Malgré l'intérieur qui fait mal aux yeux, les appartements sont assez confortables avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Côté paysage, ceux qui n’ont pas le vertige demandent les chambres avec balcon ! Peut-être qu’ils n’ont pas la vue sur le centre commercial de Shanghai, mais la brise du soir m’a endormi comme un bébé ! De plus, la télévision était remplie de films nostalgiques et j'ai vraiment apprécié les animations. Bien que le volume de la télévision ne soit pas trop fort, je suppose que c'est un respect pour les voisins, dont certains sont des locataires de longue durée.
2) Service : Impeccable. Les gens ici, bien que clairement surmenés, sont tellement gentils ! Les femmes de ménage sont toutes tellement merveilleuses ! Ce sont eux qui m'ont permis de revenir tous les jours dans un appartement propre, c'était vraiment un morceau de chez moi avec beaucoup d'aide ! Pour les shampoings, revitalisants et gel douche, vous devrez informer la réception que vous en avez besoin, alors gardez cela à l'esprit !
3) Petit-déjeuner : Juste assez pour survivre, je suis assez pointilleux sur mes goûts alimentaires où les options de buffet étaient trop réduites et malheureusement pas trop savoureuses. Mais j’ai pu survivre… J’espère vraiment qu’ils pourront résoudre ce problème, car l’endroit, bien que moins cher que les autres, n’est pas non plus vraiment bon marché. Si vous voulez un bon petit-déjeuner, vous serez très déçu.
Le groupe hôtelier a réalisé de nombreuses réductions de coûts et c'est évident… J'espère qu'Ascott prendra cela en considération car ce n'est pas bon d'avoir de meilleurs hôtels dans le monde mais de garder les petites villes oubliées et avec un budget serré !!
Suzhou est assez chère que d'autres villes en raison de l'afflux constant de touristes.
Je n'écris généralement pas beaucoup pour mes critiques, mais dans ce cas, je semble m'en soucier après avoir vu le personnel de l'hôtel surmené et les mauvaises conditions qui les entourent.
Allez Ascott, fais mieux. Au début, j’étais tenté de donner une note de 3/5 étoiles, mais ce sont les gens qui l’ont poussé à la hausse.

UUtilisateur anonymeEnvironnement : Dans le quartier des affaires, il y a aussi une supérette en bas. C'est très pratique pour acheter des choses. Il faut glisser sa carte dans l'ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage.
Service : Il suffit de contacter l'hôtel lors de l'enregistrement. Ils sont très responsables et enthousiastes.
Équipements : ils sont tous complets et l'espace de la pièce est grand
