週邊有商場和不少餐廳，酒店房间設計精细，且全智能，性價比高。至於服務，個人認為有較大空間提升。例子一，我在殷墟官網査不到夜場是否取消，本以為殷墟作為當地的最重要的景點之一，酒店員工會對開放時間有所了解，但答案是叫我己自打電話問。 例子二，提前兩天預约了到安陽東的車，基於之前已有網友提出司機失约的狀況，所以我在出發前半小時再問前台是否到點就在大堂等。前台回答介時司機會打给我。结果，到點没人打给我，再問前台，前台說車没電，來不了，但可以幫我叫車或我自己叫車之後報销。說真的，來不了不是問題，但我提前詢問為什麽不確認一下？ 個人認為酒店主理人是有心提供優質服务的（所以，我在服務一項依然打了4分)，要不然不會有送站服务，welcome coffee等，但顯然員工服务意識不足。
