My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

La place de Zhuang Village est proche, vous pouvez marcher et conduire. Le patron est très bon, très enthousiaste et intime, l'art est également super, le petit déjeuner est extrême, super délicieux!!!!! est rentré et je veux manger 😋 Vous pouvez arrêter à la porte du pouls, entrer dans un jardin, avoir un cadre de barbecue, une piscine, dès que vous entrez dans la porte, vous pouvez jouer à la table et à la machine à jeu, vous pouvez lire des livres et chanter, vous pouvez manger, suffisant pour envoyer un après-midi La chambre est très propre et a une balcone. Il est très intéressant pour les gens qui montent et descendent sur la balcone et respirent de l'air frais. Il y a aussi des tiges de poubelle dans la chambre, la poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de poubelle de table, pas de cartes de poubelle, sois prudent!!!! La prochaine fois, je vais chercher un bureau pour le patron ! ! C'est vraiment délicieux ! !

An excellent weekend Getaway from Shanghai. Our stay in Arcadia was amazing, located in a beautiful mountain valley of MoganShan the setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was always delicious and freshly prepared for us. We spent most of our time sat by the pool or in the Jacuzzi. It’s also a lovely spot to bring your dog, with an enclosed garden and lots of space. Definitely recommend to stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very recommended! We had a great time here , it is such a great place to take some days for relaxing. The hotel is very pretty and so the amenities. The personal was so nice and make sure we had a memorable experience! the menu has only Chinese food , but everything was so delicious and original from the region, definitely I’m looking forward to come back soon !

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été un peu décevant, surtout compte tenu des évaluations élevées qui ont fixé nos attentes assez élevées. L'hôtel est relativement nouveau, mais il manque de maintenance. La piscine et la zone de bains de soleil n'étaient pas très propres. Il y avait des moules dans la douche, et le rug dans la chambre semblait vieux et sale. Il n'y avait pas de portes qui séparaient les espaces de bain et de toilette, ce qui était inconvenant. La location de l'hôtel est juste à côté d'une route occupée, qui n'a pas été visible sur les photos. Contrairement à la description de l'hôtel, il n'y avait pas de forêt de bambou à proximité, donc notre plan de fuir la ville pour un retrait pacifique du paysage n'a pas fonctionné comme nous l'espérions. Le petit déjeuner de style chinois était très bon et très bon, le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil et très utile. L'hôtel est également à quelques pas du centre-ville et de plusieurs restaurants, qui a été confortable.

Idéal pour prendre de belles photos pour les réseaux sociaux, mais l'expérience utilisateur laisse à désirer. L'esthétique du lieu est réussie, certains recoins sont vraiment charmants. Cependant, le confort et la qualité du service restent primordiaux dans un hôtel, et malheureusement, ils ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'esthétique. La chambre est immense, mais il n'y a ni canapé ni fauteuils pour s'asseoir et discuter confortablement. Seuls deux énormes fauteuils massifs sont placés aux extrémités opposées de cette longue pièce. Pas de minibar ni de réfrigérateur, l'éclairage du lavabo est très faible, impossible de se maquiller. Aucune intimité dans les toilettes et la douche, car il n'y a pas de portes, seulement de petites portes de style lavallier suspendues au milieu, laissant passer l'eau de la douche et les odeurs des toilettes. Pas de porte-serviettes. Pas de peignoirs fournis, ce qui est étrange pour un hôtel dont le principal atout est la piscine extérieure. À la piscine extérieure, il y a très peu de transats et aucun parasol. La communication était difficile, principalement via WeChat, car le personnel ne parle pratiquement pas anglais. Nous avions demandé à deux reprises, à l'avance, une option végétarienne pour le petit-déjeuner, mais on nous a quand même servi de la viande (seuls des plats chinois sont proposés). L'expérience fut globalement assez décevante. Heureusement que nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit. Quant aux environs, il n'y a pas d'accès à la bambouseraie située derrière l'hôtel ni de l'autre côté de la route. Attention également aux chiens errants et agressifs du village d'en face si vous décidez de vous promener près de l'hôtel.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Nous avons passé quatre jours et trois nuits reposants et ressourçants à la montagne avec ma famille. Le service client a ajouté WeChat et la communication a été rapide et amicale. Notre hébergement a été surclassé en villa avec terrasse, offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes verdoyantes, avec le chant des oiseaux et des cigales pour une tranquillité d'esprit totale. L'hôtel est situé à l'intérieur du site touristique, ce qui nous a permis de monter en voiture sans avoir à prendre la navette touristique, un avantage certain pour voyager avec des personnes âgées. En séjournant ici, il n'était pas nécessaire de redescendre en ville. Chaque matin, nous nous promenions le long du sentier pédestre du site, puis nous revenions pour lire, consulter nos téléphones ou faire une sieste sur la terrasse, une véritable immersion thérapeutique. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant de l'hôtel. Une fois, nous sommes sortis pour essayer un restaurant voisin, mais l'ambiance bruyante, les couverts en plastique jetables et les prix élevés des plats nous ont fait regretter notre choix. En comparaison, le restaurant de l'hôtel offrait un meilleur cadre et un meilleur service, nous avons donc décidé de dîner à l'hôtel par la suite. La décoration de l'hôtel est un mélange parfait de styles chinois et occidentaux, rappelant l'opulence de la période républicaine, avec des détails de qualité partout. En résumé, ma famille et moi avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous espérons y revenir au printemps et à l'automne pour admirer des paysages différents.

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.
