My husband and I really enjoyed our 2-night stay in the Ziling Mountain View Suite. The entire villa is beautifully decorated but in a way that feels lived in rather than pretentious. It's like being invited to a friend's home in the mountains. If you are a book-lover like me, you will enjoy the villa and rooms even more because there are shelves full of books everywhere you look. When you are not seeing books, you are seeing the stunning gardens or views of the surrounding mountains. We loved the daybed in our suite, covered in colourful pillows with a window that perfectly frames the mountain view and we spent evenings curled up there with books. During the day we were in search of hikes and our host, who loves to travel and hike himself, had lots of thoughtful recommendations. There is a very steep (and beautiful) trail just steps away from the house that leads you up the mountain through bamboo forest, past a local temple, and up to a field with sweeping views. We had both breakfast and dinner at the villa and the food was incredible, including very fresh fruit and vegetables, simple and delicious noodles, and beautifully cooked pork, chicken, and seafood dishes. We were also treated to homemade Tiramisu (made by the owner). It feels like the owner genuinely enjoys sharing this beautiful property with guests and finding ways to help make your experience unique and memorable. This was my first time in China and warm and generous hosts like this, combined with the beauty of the area, make me eager to return.

We recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel. But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Un agréable séjour de deux nuits pour le Nouvel An chinois. Merci à Ernest, Terry et à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Les repas étaient délicieux : menu chinois et petit-déjeuner. La chambre était confortable et bien chauffée grâce au chauffage au sol. Superbe vue depuis le balcon. Emplacement idéal pour des promenades dans les bambouseraies et pour découvrir les sites touristiques environnants. Possibilité de recharger facilement une voiture électrique.

Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

C'est digne d'être le plafond d'un B&B chinois. Non seulement elle bénéficie d'un emplacement stratégique, d'une jungle dense et d'un bar à oxygène naturel, mais toute la maison du B&B est construite dans la jungle naturelle, revenant à la nature. Le service humaniste est encore plus parfait. Du linge de maison à la literie, de la cuisine chinoise et occidentale du restaurant au somptueux petit-déjeuner, nous sommes tombés profondément amoureux de cet endroit. Le plus remarquable est que venir à Naked Valley n'est pas seulement une question d'hébergement, mais aussi une intégration dans la nature et la pratique d'activités anti-stress. À différents moments de la journée, il existe une variété d'activités gratuites adaptées à tous les âges : randonnée en montagne tôt le matin, fabrication de bougies, fabrication de tofu, fabrication de guacamole européenne, expérience de fabrication de poterie, pêche, équitation et tir à l'arc. Vous pouvez également choisir le SPA, nager dans la piscine à débordement, profiter de la nature, respirer librement et ne plus avoir envie de partir une fois ici.

Je me suis rendu à Moganshan le 1er mai. Comme j'avais un jour supplémentaire, j'ai immédiatement pensé à réserver une place dans le pays des merveilles dont j'ai toujours rêvé : le château nu. Heureusement, la beauté Shirley nous a aidés à nous connecter, nous a donné une introduction très détaillée et des arrangements réfléchis, a surclassé notre chambre gratuitement et a également organisé des décorations et des gâteaux d'anniversaire ! Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! Avant de partir, la beauté Shirley m'a même offert un souvenir de l'hôtel ! C'est vraiment une merveilleuse expérience !

Un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel unique en son genre ! Chaque chambre possède un thème différent, ce qui confère à l'ensemble une ambiance artistique et particulière – on se croirait dans une mini-galerie d'art. Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le petit-déjeuner était un autre point fort : bio, frais et sain, il nous a offert le départ idéal pour bien commencer la journée. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié la présence d'une station de recharge, une attention très appréciable. La plus belle surprise nous attendait au moment du départ : un souvenir assorti au thème de notre chambre nous a été offert, rendant notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience de voyage originale et créative !

Moshangyin hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway in Moganshan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, perfect for resting, slowing down, and enjoying nature away from busy city life. The interior design is beautifully done, creating a warm and comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.
