Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et utile tout au long de notre séjour.Les chambres étaient immaculées et très confortables.Délicieux petit déjeuner chaque matin.Senté comme une maison loin de la maison.Je recommande vivement à tout le monde qui visite la zone.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de MRT (ferry), dis 100-150 m à pied. Le service de l'hôtel est rapide (restaurant commandé pour le repas de la chambre, rempli en moins de 20 minutes ). Cet hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La cuisine pour les affaires.

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Quand j'arrive enfin, le personnel s'est rencontré comme froid et inconvenant, ce qui a donné un ton négatif pour l'ensemble du séjour. Pour empêcher les choses, l'hôtel strictement met en œuvre une politique ”pas de nourriture extérieure”, ce qui a été jugé inutilement restrictif et inconvenant, surtout lorsque vous voulez une flexibilité de base en tant qu'invité. Le service était très chaud, la communication était frustrant et les politiques ont fait le séjour inconfortable.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.
