Hôtels avec piscine à Reno

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling******. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue).  Would stay again, though.  I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon.

Booked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.

Tous les aspects sont bons, service, environnement, emplacement, parking pratique. C'est un nouvel hôtel. Les installations sont également parfaites, mais le dentifrice, la brosse à dents, etc. doivent appeler le service d'assistance pour les récupérer. J'ai commandé deux maisons, mais les prix sont différents, perplexe ! Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner. Je me suis levé le matin et je suis allé à la réception pour acheter une tasse de café. En face se trouve le musée de la voiture du roi. Les billets coûtent 6 yuans pour les enfants, 12 yuans pour les adultes et les yuans pour les personnes âgées. Vaut le détour. Cependant, il est préférable de garder les objets de valeur dans le parking par vous-même, personnellement. Isolez quelques clochards. Attention ⚠️

This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her

L'hôtel de petite taille, l'entourage n'est pas très pratique, le service de l'hôtel est bon, le paysage extérieur de la fenêtre est magnifique, le silence

La chambre est grande et la place est également bonne. Nous avons commandé un paquet contenant le petit déjeuner, mais le personnel de la cabine a oublié de nous donner un bon de petit déjeuner, ce qui a conduit le serveur du restaurant à sortir la facture le matin suivant. Il nous faut aussi aller à la cabine pour confirmer que nous remplirons encore le bon de petit déjeuner, et que les produits du petit déjeuner sont rares, C'est la moins que j'ai eue dans les Etats-Unis.

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

La chambre de troisième étage était spacieuse et bien équipée (plates, tasses, argent, etc.) à notre première nuit, mais la même chambre de première étage à notre deuxième visite était destinée aux personnes handicapées et n'a pas inclus les mêmes appointments. Les chambres étaient calmes, le petit déjeuner était bon, mais les œufs étaient en poudre.
