Avis : MetroCentre Hotel

Notre chambre est proche de la route et mon mari ne dort pas à cause du bruit des motos, etc. Du 3e étage, nous avons changé de chambre pour le 6e étage. Les emplacements sont à proximité : grands centres commerciaux, restaurants, massages, etc. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et la nourriture est également délicieuse.

The hotel is brand very clean, staff are very helpful. Breakfast food is juat okay, lots to choose from. The tsokolate was so yummy, that's the best drink in the breakfast..

It's a very convenient place to stay. It is very closed to the malls, resto, banks and etc. The staffs were very acommodating. We had a wonderful stay!!

Eveything went well. Staffs are friendly. We check in earlier than expected.

Conveniently located near the pier for easy access in and out of Bohol. Room is fuss free and clean.

Good location and very clean. However, our room didn’t have a water heater for coffee, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay was fine

Attempted to upgrade online before arrival to larger room- booking accepted, card charged, confirmation recieved! 3 hour later- hotel declined booking, refund issued by Trip.com Arrived and requested upgrade- they "allowed"it at a higher rate than i hade paid online, not a good start. Hotel is geared to $$ Philippinos- not Westerners, No western food in breakfast buffet - eggs only. Service is variable-room housekeeping is variable- sometimes some towels replace- sometimes all replaced, cups washed one day- not washed another day, one day one cup was taken but not replaced. Yes minor things but when you are mixing travel and business, hard not to get annoyed by mounting little things. Restaurant service was okay apert from billing- signe docket with room number- manual process at front desk- not auti from the terminal at front of house. Could not print full folio of charges on checkout- hand written receipt....I bet the Tax office will love that one! Cant recommend for western travellers, just was not a pleasanr experience to get anything resolved. Pool was filled by noisy children most of the day from mid morning to late afternoon Food was okay- large portions generally but their interpretation of a western dish was not a success. Would suggest Panglao for westerner visitors, better food selection and closer to the airport

Wonderful! only that the front desk let us wait a bit for the check in. but just a small matter.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at aboutt 12nn. Their customer service is also commendable. Also the hotel had a secure & safe environment.

Convenient location, good place, easy to find and right in the middle of the city.

I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was up to standard, and the staff were excellent. We were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello, and the reception staff were accommodating. I will surely come back.
