Avis : Avant Apartments at the Fort

The apartment was clean and tidy However,the bed was not comfortable

Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.

Clean building, clean apartment, superb location! The building is right across Mc Donald’s which saves our mornings as my daughter only eats pancake for breakfast. There’s also Max’s and plenty of restaurants, supermarket (Marketplace), pharmacy, mall, banks just walking distance from the apartment. The apartment where we stayed is also nice and the cooling system is really good. Fabulous place.

Rated as a 4-star hotel but not even 2-stars. Very old and worn out. Almost no amenities, poor space utilization, small bed with flashing green wifi router lights to keep you awake all night. No restaurant, no bar, no front desk. Terrible experience overall.
