It's a great hotel in a really good location. The staff are soo friendly, nothing is too much for them. There is an amazing rooftop bar where you can eat and drink. It's the third time of staying there and I will return. Highly recommended

Le personnel est le plus ami et trop enthousiaste pour servir, mais le niveau de compétence est sous-dimensionné pour le mettre modestement. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à l'étage d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le retour à l'aéroport semblait être une voiture différente de celle qui était réellement commandée. L'hôtel lui-même est magnifique avec des installations excellentes.

We always love to stay at Ascott BGC. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are clean and well kept. There was one time when my kids left their toys upon checkout and when we came back it was completely stored and kept and our kids had it back.

公寓挺乾淨整潔，而且這次入住還給做了免費升級。房間可以做飯，有洗衣機，生活便捷。唯一不好的地方就是空調聲音過大，需要忍受噪音。

La chambre d'hôtel se sent comme à la maison. Il y a une cuisine ouverte. L'environnement est très beau. Mais la mouche dans la pommade est le service et les installations de soutien. Tout d'abord, l'hôtel a de nombreux sièges... C'est très gênant pour prendre un taxi. Je dois en prendre un dans le hall. J'ai attendu longtemps. Viennent ensuite la brosse à dents et le dentifrice. De l'eau potable. Il ne sera fourni qu'une seule fois. J'ai réservé pour 2 jours. Quand j'ai voulu demander des fournitures, ils ont dit non. Ils ne peuvent être fournis qu'une seule fois. Je pense que c'est très étrange. . Les fournitures de l'hôtel ne seront plus fournies.. Cela me rend très déçu. . .
