Avis : CHECK inn Taipei Songjiang

Very convenient, near to MRT station and also 7/11 make it easy to commute and buy things. Place is also clean and service is good. Shower is also very nice with a very good water pressure. It also has laundry. Recommended.

Hotel was basic, don't expect too much. They didn't provide water so need to go to level 2 to get water from dispenser. Housekeeping wasn't that immaculate, they didn't wash a cup that I used and just left it there.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I find the location very convenient, as it’s close to the MRT station—perfect for getting around the city. It’s ideal for short trips, especially if you just need a comfortable place to sleep. Great value for money!

Good and nice

⸻ Great location, but not the most comfortable stay The hotel is good value for money given its central location, but a few things made the stay less than ideal. Service was very minimal, and the soundproofing was quite poor — I could clearly hear noise from the next room. The room design also wasn’t very user-friendly, especially the floor light that couldn’t be switched off, which affected sleep quality. Appreciate the convenience, but I’d likely explore other options next time.

Right outside of Exit 3 of Orange Line Xingtian Station, the Check Inn accommodation is at a really convenient location and super close to the subway. The room and lobby were all very clean and there were no issues there. Nice front desk staff also. The only issue I had was the laundry room was a bit disorganized with guests not following the laundry list and taking out their belongings in a timely manner. Perhaps clearer signage and directions would be better for more streamlined communal laundry experiences in the future. The noise insulation was also a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbors on the 11th floor coming into their room at 1:30am and having a conversation. Besides those aspects, if you are a heavy sleeper and don't mind the bathroom sounds or neighbor noises, this place is really conveniently located and affordable, so I'd recommend it.

Quick easy check in, staff was friendly. Location is amazing, next to metro. First time staying at a hotel with no complimentary water provided - took me back to my experience in the states. Friendly reminder at 10:30 to have you remember to check out by 11:00 Room is small, but bed is big. Too big for one.

Stayed here for 4 nights in April 2025. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Songjiang Nanjing MRT station, which makes getting around Taipei quite easy. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which was helpful. The room itself was compact but clean and functional. Good use of space, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Wi-Fi worked well and there were enough power outlets for charging devices. Staff were polite and check-in/check-out was smooth. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it delivers well on the basics and is a good choice for travellers looking for a simple, well-located place to stay in Taipei.

Hotel room is nice and clean, with free water station on the 2/F.

It’s my third time staying here, highly recommend. The front desk staff were friendly, the room and bathroom were simple and clean, and the soundproofing was average (you could hear sounds from the hallway), but it became quiet after around 10 PM. The location is excellent, as it is right next to the MRT station.

Worth the price and convenient to MRT
