Le même excellent service et la même hospitalité que la première fois que j'y suis allé à la fin des années 80, lorsque c'était encore l'emblématique Lai Lai Sheraton. Merci d'avoir fait le maximum pour rendre l'anniversaire de ma femme mémorable grâce aux arrangements supplémentaires. Une mention spéciale va à Ellen et à l'équipe de la réception pour avoir pris grand soin de nous.

Le pire service hôtelier cinq étoiles que j'ai jamais rencontré de ma vie. Je suis actuellement en communication avec l'entreprise. Veuillez modifier le Sheraton Grand Macau réservé pour moi par un autre hôtel, quel que soit l'hôtel, pour mon prochain voyage à Macao. Très moyen, je n'y retournerai pas

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais la place de parking est horrible. Nous devons attendre longtemps et il est difficile de se garer. Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre avec lit double, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre à lits jumeaux. .Pas fortement recommandé.

My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Location was great-Very well connected with MRT just in front of the hotel . The concierge was very helpful in recommending day trip taxi to Yehliu etc. Breakfast spread  was average with some hits and misses . Liked the soy milk but would have been nice to have the dough stick to complete the offering . Overall excellent stay

We extended our stay due to the earthquake at hualien Love the quality of the breakfast spread.

The overall experience is quite nice. What is a bit disappointing is the swimming pool is smaller than I thought. Well, tbh, shouldn't expect too much as location is good.

I request higher floor room when I booked the room. But reception arranged the lowest floor. Especially, it is close to the restaurant. The buffet restaurant has very strong flavour to 5th floor . Also gym is vveery tiny.
