La réception a probablement pensé que j'étais seul et que je ne restais qu'une nuit sans petit-déjeuner, alors ils m'ont donné une chambre près de l'ascenseur. La chambre est bien dans l'ensemble, largement suffisante pour une personne

C'était un séjour très confortable et les enfants ont adoré. Cela semble un peu vieux, mais c'est propre et le service est excellent. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet, nous n'avons donc pas eu à faire la queue et il y avait une grande variété de nourriture, ce que les enfants ont apprécié. Il est situé juste à côté de la station MRT Shandao Temple, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Taipei, et nous pourrions marcher jusqu'au mémorial de Chiang Kai-shek en environ 15 minutes avec les enfants. C'était un séjour pratique et confortable pendant 4 nuits.

Merci d'avoir fait le maximum pour rendre l'anniversaire de ma femme mémorable grâce aux arrangements supplémentaires. Une mention spéciale va à Ellen et à l'équipe de la réception pour avoir pris grand soin de nous.

Le lit était trop mou et les oreillers étaient inconfortables.

Le pire service hôtelier cinq étoiles que j'ai jamais rencontré de ma vie. Je suis actuellement en communication avec l'entreprise. Veuillez modifier le Sheraton Grand Macau réservé pour moi par un autre hôtel, quel que soit l'hôtel, pour mon prochain voyage à Macao. L'hôtel est bien situé, mais la place de parking est horrible. Nous devons attendre longtemps et il est difficile de se garer. Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre avec lit double, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a donné une chambre à lits jumeaux. .Pas fortement recommandé.

Sheraton Taipei has been a choice of hotel when traveling to Taipei. Friendly and helpful staff who are always there when you need assistance. Room is clean and big. Train station is just near the hotel making it easy to commute.
