N HOTEL

第一次我門住的時候 是31/12-2/1， 可能房源緊張，我們被安排到電梯附近的房間。聽不到電梯，可是早上5-8:00 很吵。有行李碰撞我們牆，有運貨的，有清潔阿姨收捨房間的聲音！ 嚇** 可是第二次我們在入住就很好，房間很大！ 整潔！很寬。花曬 也很舒服，水很綿綿的！風筒夠力！價錢實惠，地點可以接受 服務非常不彈性，沒有24 小時前台服務。毛巾供應很少，每人每天限量，然後要主動聯絡前台才有人 收捨放假和 補 洗漱用品。毛巾有一條髒了，也要自己拿道前台更換。然後第一次入住時，打掃後沒有關門！ 嚴重錯誤！

we arrived so late at night, while checking in, front desk staff was so inpatient, making us feel like he was just wanna get off work. after got into the room, the sink we have clogged, called and the front dest staff come up and check, he pull the plug out and there were tons of HAIR, omg that was so gross, we request to change room, he said no spare room left. also the red light ok the ceiling from the smoke detectors were so bright (more than 1). i traveled to taiwan for so many times and It was by far the most terrible experience.

體驗非常差！建議所有住超過2晚的客人千萬不要訂！因為房間打掃服務每天中午12點前才有，並且需要提早1天在3樓的服務櫃檯預約。 我們4個女生訂了5晚4人房間，每天下午才外出，所以完全沒有人幫忙清潔打掃，每天下午到服務櫃檯找工作人員，他們的態度都超級無敵差！說打掃房間的阿姨已下班沒有打掃服務，但其實我們也不要求他們更換床單和吸塵等清潔，只要求他們幫忙倒垃圾、更換毛巾和添加物資，但他們還是會碎碎念不情願的態度！！ 還有一天外出前明明已告知工作人員房間的沐浴用品快用完，請他們幫忙更換，晚上回酒店發現根本沒有換，也聯絡不了工作人員，只能半夜自行到便利店購買。 就這樣住了5個晚上，每晚回到酒店都很生氣，不是垃圾沒有倒就是發現紙巾不夠用，礦泉水沒有添等等，房間床單被褥和洗手間都是亂的，所以體驗是真的非常！非常！非常差！絕對是目前住過最差的酒店！！

Easy check out process Room was clean, no daily cleaning. Bathroom/toilet: Has some smell, maybe coming from the drain. Had to keep exhaust on. Toilet bowl was superb! Same as the ones in Japan. Shower water pressure was very good.

Hotel is really great! Stayed for 1 night! Check in was smooth and customer service was great too helping me out with my enquiry. Able to have free luggage storage too which is really great. There are also snacks and drinks at the lobby for you to have it for free. Though room is a little small but overall is fine. Location wise is not too bad either is a walkable distance to ximending and nearby public transport too. There’s also family mart or 7-11 for you to choose from for your late night snacks.

We booked two rooms of the same price, but they gave us one big and one small rooms. The location was great though, the staff were nice and helpful.
