Firstly this should be a 5* review but the boiler of the apartment was broken and we had to restart it for each shower. We left at 0715 and we couldn't restart the boiler so only had cold water. Not great. Guests also should not be messing with gas boilers that emit a smell of gas !!!!!!!!! They mentioned it was only an issue the week before ( so IMO they should have sorted it ) Anyway ..... if it worked it would be 5* Great location for everything but be advised that you have to walk with your luggage from the Messina Arch, it's up hill slightly but worth noting. Also the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed, we even washed our clothes ! The only thing that would have been useful was a directory of how things worked but we managed just fine. Breakfast is not included in the 2 bed apartment but they provide basics to start you off. There is a bakery through the messina arch which opens daily at 0730 Online it's not that clear that you don't get breakfast in the apartment and the name is B&B .... It is a fantastic apartment but the lack of hot water and needing to deal with boiler issues ourselves has affected our rating We would return though as we're sure it would not be an issue if they switched out the boiler

What a beautiful apartment! Spotless, central location. The apartment has two airconditioned bedrooms (we requested one to made as a twin), both accessing a long narrow balcony with tables/chairs and a view of the sea, town and Mount Etna that is out of this world. Plus small kitchen, bathroom x1, lounge. Also, a lovely tray of breakfast goodies, and milk/juice/fruit in the fridge. Also, great communication with Alessia. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here for the second time, renting the apartment and two single rooms this time. We we're all on same floor across from each other. Very spacious, clean, great location and views. Short distance to Greek amphitheater, plenty of little shops along the street.

The view was stunning and the place is very well situated. Room clean and modern with a very nice breakfast served on your private balcony. This was lovely but at the time of year we went a little chilly… the drawback of this place was the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom. The room often smelt musty and damp as a result. If this was fixed it would be much better!

Direkt auf der Straße zum Theater. Wir hatten die riesengroße Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Alles voll ausgestattet und gemütlich, modern eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer nach hinten gelegen und dadurch schön ruhig und abseits vom Trubel der Hauptstraße. Frühstück ist allerdings nicht dabei ( stand bei Check24 allerdings bei der Buchung dabei) Aber die Gastgeberin hatte Obst, Saft, Wasser. Joghurt und Milch im Kühlschrank. Marmelade, Nutella und Zwieback war auch da. Kaffeemaschine konnte man auch nutzen. Daher ab zum Bäcker um die Ecke und man hat dann doch ein super Frühstück. Wir haben uns 2 Nächte sehr wohl gefühlt und können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Posizione centrale, camere pulite, vista bellissima. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione in camera con yogurt, cereali, frutta fresca, torta, brioche, spremuta, fette biscottate e marmellata.. consumarla ogni mattina sul balconcino con vista fa sentire a casa e allo stesso tempo sa proprio di vacanza! Unica piccola pecca, la stanza era poco isolate dalle camere vicine. Ci siamo comunque trovati benissimo, se capiterà torneremo sicuramente.
