Excellent location that is just beside the airport. Very new and clean. Everything is kept well.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!

The hotel is located next to the Taoyuan international airport, however its not walkable to the hotel. The hotel do provide free shuttle bus to/from the airport and hotel. You will find the shuttle bus stop and bus stop #7 where all the other city buses are located. The only advantage of its location is if you're taking a early morning flight or landing in at late night hours and you're just looking for a place to get some sleep and travel the next day. Because there is nothing else around the hotel besides the airport. the nearest eatery or convenient store would be back at the airport terminals. That what I did, I took the shuttle bus back to the airport terminals to eat and brough some drinks. My room was fairly clean but there were carpet stains and the carpet seems old. service was on par, and facilities has everything a 4 star Hyatt would have. Room size was large so is the bathroom. there were no shower door so I didnt get that design because the water is going out to the bathroom floor. I only stayed for 1 night as a layover so It didnt bother me that the bathroom floor was wet after I shower since I will be on my way afterwards. Now lets talk about price, EXPENSIVE! By Asia standard the price I paid I could've stayed at a premium 5 star hotel in a downtown area. I paid 165 USD for the night. again I didn't have a better choice since I have to be back at the airport for my early morning flight. So the night at the hotel served its purpose but pricey for the stay.

A very convenient place to stay before our flight. Check in time was 3pm but we were able to check in at 12 since there were vacant rooms at that time, which, I appreciate it since other many hotels in taiwan strictly don’t allow us to check in before the check in time. The hotel has free shuttle to the airport and with train station beside it so its also quite convenient to transport to taipei 101 or ximen. I gave 4 stars for the amenities is because maybe the hotel is kinda old, the woods in the cabinet is peeling off, maybe they should consider renovating some of the equipments in the room. But overall, everything was so nice there, especially the airport view, it feels so relaxing seeing the airplanes taking off, and the soundproofing was also nice, we havent hear any noice through the day.

Excellent service! Everything is good! 5 mins drive away from taoyuan terminal 2. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The staff is amazing, I arrived late at night and they were extremely accommodating and attentive. In the morning as well, the hotel room itself is very nice. Loved the bathroom and amenities.

Great service, close to the airport, free parking space

The hotel restaurant closes at 9 p.m., so after that time, guests must eat at the lounge bar. The lounge bar was relaxing, and the signature cocktails were delicious. However, the food menu was insufficient for my appetite. I had a buffet-style breakfast. There was a wide variety of food, but nothing stood out. I will have to think carefully about whether it is worth paying for next time.

Very convenient because very near to the airport and my main purpose is to have a good rest from long hours flight while waiting for departure next morning. Hotel also offer free shuttle to the airport with very good arrangement.

I’ve stayed here a few times because of its location (10min) to the airport. Rooms are old, worn, both times the shower has been broken. Overhead (rain) shower head constantly drips cold water on you even if the handheld shower is on warm. Second time with my family, handheld didn’t work so you had to turn on the cold water rain option first, the only way to turn it on is to get blasted with cold water… just not a pleasant experience. Toilet is old style, every other hotel has Japanese warm water “washlet” at 1/2 the room price. We ordered 2 queen beds and our room only had one queen and they brought in a small, hard folding bed. All this for over $300 a night without breakfast. Very small TV and no amenities. We stayed at 4 hotels on our trip and all were luxurious, this feels like a$50 hotel.

Location not at walking distance from the airport and poor handling of the shuttle bus. We were obviously too many people for the small vehicle and nobody took any initiative before the bus arrived. They reacted fast, nut it felt not under control.

Convenient shuttle every half hour from each terminal. Buffet dinner is now wildly over priced. Would consider ordering in rather than overpaying for the average buffet offerings.
