The hotel is dated but has all good facilities. Closed to the theme park but a bit far away from main attractions. Breakfast is good

I can not remember the beauty girl name. she help me a lot, 10.03 afternoon when I want find any restaurant ，she give me solutions, next time I I been Tashkent again, will stay in your hotel and say Hello to her

Good location and price, good enough for business traveller. Wifi sometime is off but fast

The hotel facilities were outside and it is in need of some renovation to bring it in line with all the other 4 star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't that great either. The staff however were very friendly and in particular Mr Rustom who was very friendly and helpful - top notch and a great personality and deserves a promotion. He managed to get us checked in 3 hours earlier than scheduled.

Great hotel in a fab location close to local market and artisan workshops. Really helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Lovely pool and a fab indian restaurant in the basement. Money exchange and cash point to boot!! What's not to like!
