West Tel Aviv- All Suites Hotel by the Sea

I’ve been staying at this hotel annually for at least 10 years. It seems to change ownership every few years and with each change of hands it deteriorates. I am presently in the gym which has no towels, only dirty ones left behind by other guests who were smart enough to bring one from their room. The floor is dirty. The TVs on the cardio equipment do not function. The lobby is nothing with nothing. There are few amenities. That said, the rooms are comfortable and fairly clean (if you don’t look inside the closets), though sp****ly decorated. The pool area is lovely. The single best aspect to this hotel is its proximity to Zuk Beach, which is a magical place. Not that many hotels are walking distance to this particular area of the beach, which is why I return so frequently.

We are made to feel like it is our own very special place and we are special guests - a great feeling to have about your home base while traveling. Every staff member is smiling and gracious, rooms are super clean, the breakfast is huge, and the pool is a festive place. Great management!

Very disappointing, not very clean. Got towels with spots. The hotel manager not very nice. Looks nice in the pictures but that’s not how it looks once you get there. Will not recommend to my friends to stay there.

Nice, helpful staff. Great location 5 mnute walk to a beautiful beach and promenade. Great breakfast. Good fitness room and beautiful pool. Suite is nice, modern with a small bedroom and a larger living area including a kitchen with a nice-sized fridge, stovetop and microwave

I stayed on a short business trip here. To my horror I found these shortcomings: - There was no room service at all. - The checkin was a big trouble and had to wait three hours for a checkin. - Forcibly taken a deposit of Shekels 500 without any mention of it in the policy. - Though the checkout was smooth with no hassles, the deposit was never refunded. In short, a terrible decision to stay at this place.

À réservation of 15 days has been reduced to 3 days. No restaurants service, even not a breakfast and the most “wonderful” the discovering of the state of the suite upon my return on the evening of the first. A room as shown on the pictures enclosed. Beside the décorateur of the salon of the suite should change profession. Rarely I saw such an ugly salon.

It too us 45 minutes to check-in. It looked LinkedIn they were doing us a favor, not Pleasant, not friendly, not helpful… borderline. Probably one of the worst check-ins ever. Out of flúor nights. The internet was down for 3 days, When sales to request for the a solution to the problem, they looked annoyed because we were asignado again and they had not other ANS were but to say, we Know, we are working on it. Can’t tell you when it will be back. We were 3 families and we can all Account for this problem.

Do not know where to start. The new hotel management it very rude. Parking is not included anymore. No guess in the pool that most of the time empty because you cannot bring a friend. Noise of drilling from other room. Horrible service, no towels (is it motel?). I will never going back to this hotel.

This very clean, airy aparthotel is situated right on the beach at Ramat Aviv. Though there's no direct path to the beach, its only a short walk down the side road and you're there. The swimming pool on complex has all day sun. One warning is that the decking around the pool gets burning hot in the sunshine and sandals/slip-ons are a must. The room was just the job, with a separate bedroom and balcony. Cleaned daily and towels replenished also. There is no restaurant on site, and though listed as including breakfast, this is just not true. Also it states that there is free parking on site. Also not true though there is a free open car park very close by. Having a car would be ideal here, or go by taxi to get anyplace. A 15 minute drive to Tel Aviv Port, 10 mins to Herzaliya Petuach (beach). It is possible to walk along the beach to Herzaliya Marina (about 1 mile). Its a really nice walk and highly recommended. Lots of shops and restaurants there. One warning about the photo of the hotel. The see facing rooms are privately owned and the aparthotel has the use of the rooms at the side only so do be aware when booking. Go for a higher floor.
