The staff was nice. The location is far from the main attractions, especially when it snows. Trains are terminated because of heavy snow, which makes commuting dreadful. Breakfast was very delicious. The room itself is good. But what I noticed housekeeping just changed towels, but they did not clean the floor. However, I liked the hotel. Amenities were not sufficient. No skin care was provided.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and helpful. Limited parking space surrounding the hotel, but they got you covered, just check with the staff and they will sort it out for you. Accommodation comes with free breakfast, and it's really amazing, you will be surprised by the varieties they served.

Stayed here with my husband. Was an uneventful stay and really ticked all boxes. Clean and simple

Excellent location which is just 5 minutes walk from Tendo station.

Subway is just round the corner, 5 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel offers welcome drink ( coffee, tea and ice lemon water) from 2pm to 12 midnight.

Location is good and close by to a lot of convienience shop. Breakfast buffet is good.

Great and convenient location from the train station and airport. For exploring Tendo and Ginzan onsen, front desk is helpful in guiding us for our sightseeing to Yamadera. Peaceful place, with a nice breakfast with local fruit juice and delicious fruits. Very appreciated. Can improve slightly for the pillow and bed and it would be amazing.

とにかく綺麗！ 清潔度満点！ 細かい気配りがホテルのおもてなし サービス感をすごく感じます 室内スリッパや イスの取手や等まぁ素晴らしいです！ 私は毎回は一人旅なんで 寝れたら何処でも良い感じなんですが！ まぁ清潔感ありの何より朝食バイキングが 1番良かったです♪ スタッフさんも笑顔で1日の始まりが 朝食場と感じると気持ちが安らぎます そんな些細な事が「おもてなしの心」や「気配り」に 繋がりますね！ 間違いなく素晴らしいホテルだと思います！

酒店設有有免費的停車位置，可以停泊至早上10時，非常不錯。但是我們晚上吃完晚飯check in時，酒店大堂前的泊車位置已經泊滿了，職員指示我們去隔壁的一棟停車大樓，並給我們免費的泊車卷。

房間面積不錯，開兩個大行李箱都無問題，床褥舒服但枕頭太薄了。 早餐由6:30開始，商務酒店來說是不錯呢，尤其是麵包種類頗吸引的。 酒店門外只有大約10個車位，泊滿後就可以泊到大約60米遠的另一個大停車場。
