We stayed 3 nights in the Queen room with balcony and really enjoyed our stay .. the veranda was great to enjoy on a warm evening and the air conditioning was fantastic.. comfortable beds and good shower DVDS player .. continental breakfast included ( cereal and toast juice and tea or coffee) central to everything and a short drive to Shelley beach and terrigal and Avoca ... the staff are so lovely and so helpful..

Affordable accommodation with clean comfortable rooms and bed. Management (Leo) was amazing. We were made to feel welcome immediately. I had a few random requests which he attended to promptly without fuss. He was happy to do anything to make our stay perfect. Will stay again.

The hot spa is very lovely, and will definitely come back again. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Recommend to everyone to come and stay here when you visit the entrance with your friends or family

I have never had such a terrible experience with a motel that cost me $200 per night. When we entered the room it had just been finished getting sprayed for ants and the dead ants were left on the bathroom vanity. Also my partner and I were eaten and covered in bites. Also we were watching cockroaches running around our room. We would not recommend your motel to anyone. Your motel should be closed down and you should not have the audacity to charge such prices.

very nice place to stay ,but the rooms need carpet renovation it has a bad smell other than that all was nice,the pool was amazing the reception was great to deal with will be back with family and friends

We booked in at approximately 4:30pm Staff were friendly and that’s all I can say that is nice about this motel. The photos on the internet do not reflect what we walked in on. The decor was old, carpet was dirty, fridge was rusty, shower door didn’t close properly. Hinge on bathroom door was rusty. We decided we wouldn’t be able to sleep in the bed so we left. We paid $250.00 for the night and stayed five minutes. Just don’t stay there if you have any standards of what you need.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a week! And the kids loved it and made friends everyone that stays there are very friendly and staff of sapphires are lovely! Rooms are very clean! Comfortable beds! Can’t wait to go back Kids loved the pool area. Only thing that sucks in the check in times and check out times I personally think if we check in at 2pm we should be able to check out later then 10/10:30

friendly and Beautiful People, my kids got to meet a beautiful little kid who her dads own the Business. Also, a Beautiful and friendly cleaner :) Also, very close to everything Shops and Beaches only 2 minutes' drive
