房間很小，設施還算新，最讓不滿意的是，廁所居然就是用簡單的材料圍起來的房間一角，緊挨着床，門都沒有鎖，關都關不上，真的太彆扭了，這可是連鎖酒店啊，怎麼會有這樣的設計……
好在，服務很好，熱情有禮，早餐也不錯。
酒店沒有充電樁，遠一點的地方有，充電還算方便。

LLilibeikaHygiène: La chambre est propre et propre, c'est un ménage standard de la maison de quatre pattes du nord. Bien qu'il soit un ménage populaire, le patron a fait la salubrité très propre et la tranquillité. Les lits d'hôtel et les accessoires de toilette sont également très propres. Toutes les personnes légères sont satisfaites.
Environnement: Il y a une grande suite de lit, la chambre est dans un jardin de quatre coins, l'ouverture de la porte est le jardin, sortir du jardin est un barbecue chaud, plusieurs attractions à proximité sont très confortables. Très Nordique, il est également très nouveau pour les touristes du sud.
Service: Le chef est très gentil, nous sommes arrivés à minuit pour nous avoir fait passer le jour pour notre propre raison. Le chef attend toujours avec impatience notre séjour. Après cela, il est aussi enthousiaste de nous avoir rencontrer un peu et comment utiliser les installations. Faites comprendre aux touristes du Sud les invités enthousiastes du Nord. La prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Tianjin, je dois choisir le jardin de Gibraltar.

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about!
The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondThe Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit.
This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

Environnement: Les prix inférieurs à 400 ou le style et les installations nouvelles sont très adaptés à la vie et très confortables.
Très calme.
Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. De nombreux types, l'attitude de service est également très bonne.
Position géographique: Excellent. L'autre côté de la route est la station de départ de la ligne 3.
C'est que l'entourage n'est pas amusant, délicieux. Il y a aussi de l'espace de développement.

VVerusha GovenderL’hébergement du Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city répondait à toutes les normes. Le personnel était sympathique et parlait anglais. Ils ont rendu notre séjour aussi confortable que possible. Les chambres étaient toujours propres et le service était excellent. L'emplacement était vraiment bon, vous avez pu accéder au centre commercial Aqua City via l'hôtel au niveau du restaurant. Il y avait aussi le centre commercial L+ de l'autre côté de la route. Le métro était à 100 mètres et se déplacer dans la ville était facile. La seule chose que je pouvais leur reprocher, c'est que j'avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur la rue au dernier étage et que j'avais plutôt eu le dernier étage sans vue sur la rue. Cependant le séjour était super.

This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.

Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

Le personnel de l'hôtel Crowne Plaza m'a accueilli chaleureusement et professionnellement, et j'ai été accueilli par le personnel attentif.
La chambre elle-même était spacieuse, impecablement propre et élégantement meublée. Le lit confortable m'a assuré un repos de nuit et les équipements, y compris un minibar bien stocké et des toilettes de luxe, ont ajouté un touche supplémentaire de pardon à mon séjour.
L'une des principales caractéristiques de mon expérience était l'option de manger à l'hôtel. Le menu divers offre quelque chose pour chaque palais, et la qualité de la nourriture était exceptionnelle.
Les installations de l'hôtel étaient également impressionnantes.
Ce qui a vraiment séparé la place Crowne, cependant, était le service impeccable. Chaque membre du personnel que j'ai rencontré a été supérieur et supérieur pour garantir mon confort et ma satisfaction, du concierge qui m'a aidé à planifier mon jour au personnel de la maison qui m'a gardé dans la salle.
