早餐中西結合，新增了天津特色油條豆腐腦和鍋巴菜，早餐時間去吃飯的客人不少，味道也不錯。另外上次反映了問題後，酒店非常積極的處理，派專人銜接解決問題。現在入住時會主動詢問客人需要哪些用品，退房時還會主動詢問是否需要帶水路上用，服務水平有了很大的提升，前台人員服務意識也有了很大的提升，感覺這次過來軟件方面確實讓客人感到舒服和温暖，不再是應付和敷衍的態度。還給同行的同事升級了房間，給了同事很大的驚喜，在這方面做的甚至超過了某些超五星級酒店。酒店硬件方面也夠用，熱水網絡電視等方面都非常完美，真的非常滿意。

Je suis venu à Tianjin pour participer à l'activité, j'ai trouvé un hôtel près du site, j'ai séjourné pour la première fois à Jinwang, l'expérience est très bonne, en particulier la réception a aidé gratuitement à mettre à niveau le type de chambre, les installations de la chambre sont bonnes, la surface est grande et l'hygiène est également disponible. Je félicite tout particulièrement Li Zhu, membre de la réception, et j'ai été en mesure de régler plusieurs demandes d'aide en temps utile.

The policy about checking in before 6 o'clock am vs after 6 o'clock am is very cumbersome. I literally slept in my car 2 and a half hours so that I could get into the room and utilize the room for the day. After having driven an hour and a half they're in the middle of the night in preparation for an appointment the next day, I was only able to get roughly 4 hours of sleep. Unfortunately, there was also an issue in the bathroom that was quite disturbing. Some things were overlooked by the custodians and not cleaned up.

Le service de l'hôtel est très bon seulement si vous trouvez le bon personnel quand vous avez besoin d'aide , un gars sur le bureau frontal était prêt à aller plus loin pour aider avec mes besoins, qui incluent la chaleur non fonctionnelle. L'autre fille m'envoyait juste un chauffage portable et a fini avec ça.
La chambre était propre, grande et confortable, sauf que je pouvais sentir la cigarette fumant tout le temps, soit à l'air central, soit à l'extérieur de ma chambre.
Le chef de la cuisine utilisait sa main avec des gants de travail (pas le vinyle, mais le coton) pour me faire des poches de Wonton. La machine à laver et le séchoir étaient un grand plus, mais nous devons partager 2 machines à laver et 2 séchoirs avec un personnel qui était aussi bizarre.
Je ne resterais pas là encore parce que je dois éteindre le chaleur la nuit quand j'ai parfumé des cigarettes, ce qui est un peu de malheur pour moi.

LLily👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LLilibeikaHygiène: La chambre est propre et propre, c'est un ménage standard de la maison de quatre pattes du nord. Bien qu'il soit un ménage populaire, le patron a fait la salubrité très propre et la tranquillité. Les lits d'hôtel et les accessoires de toilette sont également très propres. Toutes les personnes légères sont satisfaites.
Environnement: Il y a une grande suite de lit, la chambre est dans un jardin de quatre coins, l'ouverture de la porte est le jardin, sortir du jardin est un barbecue chaud, plusieurs attractions à proximité sont très confortables. Très Nordique, il est également très nouveau pour les touristes du sud.
Service: Le chef est très gentil, nous sommes arrivés à minuit pour nous avoir fait passer le jour pour notre propre raison. Le chef attend toujours avec impatience notre séjour. Après cela, il est aussi enthousiaste de nous avoir rencontrer un peu et comment utiliser les installations. Faites comprendre aux touristes du Sud les invités enthousiastes du Nord. La prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Tianjin, je dois choisir le jardin de Gibraltar.

La location de l'hôtel était excellente, il y a de nombreux centres commerciaux à proximité et il est convaincant pour les touristes comme nous.

Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. De nombreux types, l'attitude de service est également très bonne.
Position géographique: Excellent. L'autre côté de la route est la station de départ de la ligne 3.
C'est que l'entourage n'est pas amusant, délicieux. Il y a aussi de l'espace de développement.

La location est excellente, juste à côté de la gare de Tianjin et les attractions touristiques voisines. Les chambres d'hôtel commencent à partir de 47 et plus. Petit déjeuner, salles de sport et blanchisserie situées au dessus, 51e étage. Parking gratuit au fond 3.
Les chambres sont équipées d'une vue sur la ville avec une vue sur la rivière.
Cons :
L'hôtel permet aux clients de fumer dans la salle et dans les chambres. En particulier, la zone d'attente du lift était terriblement forte, les vêtements et les cheveux étaient tous couverts de fumée de cigarettes.
Hôtel petit, chambres d'hôtes sont entre 47/50, les ascenseurs doivent aller du contrôle dans le lobby au premier étage tout le chemin jusqu'à 51, donc les ascenseurs extrêmement lents, surtout pendant cette période de l'année, vacances chinoises de l'année où l'hôtel est emballé, tard L'entrée en service est trop occupée pour faire nettoyer toutes les chambres pour les clients. Les cartes sont disponibles à temps. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est sorti de l'espace de repas à l'heure de pointe, les clients ont dû coucher en dehors de la hall.
Les chambres sont très petites, les salles d'attente et les toilettes sont très petites, les personnes peuvent s'adapter au maximum 5-6 en même temps.
Recommandez de réserver cet hôtel pendant les périodes hors de pointe, pas un hôtel pour les grandes familles.

IInvité這次來真的是驚喜，先是被門頭大屏幕吸引的，這個酒店就在意式風情街，位置景無敵，看出來用心了，房間挺乾淨，且中途還換了房體驗，我的建議是和哥們一起來一定上下鋪，太有感覺了，大床適合小情侶，隔音也是一流。前台服務特別棒，也有機器人給送餐，問了一下一套設備好幾萬，早上來一套煎餅果子，完美😍唯一不足人流量大，停車得讓門口大爺給安排，不過大爺特別熱心，房間儘量提前定，經常性滿房，這次相當滿意👍

Cette semaine a été une fête spéciale pour nous, comme nous célébrons notre 15e anniversaire de mariage, ainsi que notre 4e année consécutive en Chine.
Nous avons déplacé à une autre ville / province il y a environ deux ans, et nous n'avons pas pu visiter et profiter de notre spécial Shangri-La.
Avant de partir de Tianjin, nous fêtons toutes nos occasions et nos millénaires spéciaux, dans cette branche de Shangri-La.
Nous passerions toujours notre Noël, notre Nouvel An et notre Nouvel An chinois à Shangri-La.
Maintenant que nous sommes revenus à Heibei, nous attendons avec intérêt de poursuivre cette tradition.
Les choses changent au fil du temps, certains visages familiers ne travaillent plus là.
Cependant, la nouvelle équipe nous a fait sentir à nouveau à la maison, et s'est éloignée de leur façon de rendre notre séjour plus mémorable et spécial.
Comme je l'ai mentionné à l'un des membres de l'équipe, ce n'est pas le spectaculaire Lounge Lobby, ni les caractéristiques magnifiquement décorées qui font de l'établissement, mais plutôt le peuple.
Sans personnel de qualité et service supérieur, aucun établissement ne peut jamais compter sur la reprise des activités.
Tant que ces valeurs sont en place, ce Shangri-La peut être certain de notre patronage.
Tous les membres de l'équipe ont fourni un excellent service, du campanaire, aux gardiennes, du front de la maison au gardien et bien sûr à l'équipe de gestion.
Merci spécial à ”Francis”, le nouveau directeur général, ”Danny”, le directeur de l'alimentation et des boissons, ainsi qu'à ”Billy”, le directeur de l'alimentation et des boissons.
Ce trio de gestion a assuré que nous avions le meilleur service possible.
Enfin, nous voudrions remercier ”Roger” qui nous a aidé avec un Conducteur / Transport, lors de notre départ précoce.
Aucune visite à Tianjin, serait vraiment complète, avec visiter The Shangri-La.

VVerusha GovenderL’hébergement du Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city répondait à toutes les normes. Le personnel était sympathique et parlait anglais. Ils ont rendu notre séjour aussi confortable que possible. Les chambres étaient toujours propres et le service était excellent. L'emplacement était vraiment bon, vous avez pu accéder au centre commercial Aqua City via l'hôtel au niveau du restaurant. Il y avait aussi le centre commercial L+ de l'autre côté de la route. Le métro était à 100 mètres et se déplacer dans la ville était facile. La seule chose que je pouvais leur reprocher, c'est que j'avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur la rue au dernier étage et que j'avais plutôt eu le dernier étage sans vue sur la rue. Cependant le séjour était super.

IInvité酒店位置非常好，緊鄰五大道景區。樓下有便利店的和麪包房一眾餐廳。旁邊還有日料店，不遠處各種咖啡廳喝喝茶或咖啡很有情調。
這次商家免費連升兩級到了行政套很開心😁，房間夠大，除了設施陳舊一點沒任何問題，關鍵床很舒服，枕頭很一般，在意的可以自備一下。廚房裡的設備也很好用，因為是日本品牌，跟日本的公寓格局設施很像。
去酒店餐廳吃早餐感覺有一種去了日本的錯覺，都是日本客人。早餐就是傳統中西自助一般般，湊合能吃飽，沒有天津特色。
自駕去，到地方了沒看出來，因為這公寓沒有中文牌子，且天津到處單行線的路，生怕自己違章。酒店提供免費地上停車🅿️這個很贊。
天津不僅單行線路段多，並且路就跟八爪魚🦑一樣，一個不留神就拐錯了。
總的來説非常值得推薦，特別是一家人住或者團建住，簡直是不二選擇。下次來還住這裏
