房間幹凈，服務好，但是設施差：
1.空調開製冷，強風，温度調17度，還是不冷，而且剛開時有異味，空調有噪音。
2.馬桶與地面黏合的膠因該黏合不好，衹要使用馬桶沖水，水會從馬桶與地面接合處漏出。
3.廁所小間了點。

環境好，服務態度很好，酒店服務人員態度非常好，剛進酒店前台小姐姐就遞了茶水，感覺很温馨，以後一直就住這家。

設施：馬桶衹有半個
環境：廁所小就算了 房間也小 我還做了房型升級 升級了個寂寞

去天水玩 酒店挺好的 東西很全面 就是洗澡間面積太小了 電視也不能投屏 能看的電視很少 早餐去了也沒什麼菜了😭😭

服務態度很好，很熱情，進門就有熱茶這麼冷的天氣小小的服務真的很暖人心，前台美女辦理入住也很快，很專業，而且還提前打電話給我開了空調，進去也熱熱的，房間衞生也很乾凈，很整潔，麻雀雖小五臟俱全各種用品都很齊全，送了早餐味道也不錯，家常菜但是很乾凈，都是現做的，這次的入住體驗很滿意，下次過來天水還來住

在網上看點評才預訂的，酒店在步行街，吃飯購物都特別方便，大廳裏一進去就有服務人員端來一杯熱茶，這麼冷的天氣覺得很感動，辦理入住很快，員工都很熱情，給人很舒服的感覺，樓道里燈光温度適宜，特別舒服，特別説一下房間裏，真的很乾凈很乾凈，温馨安靜，出來這麼多天，衹有在這裏睡了一個特別安穩的覺，還給我送了早餐券，早餐不光種類多，還味道還不錯，還有本地的漿水面，對這家酒店好感爆棚，強烈推薦大家來住！

早上到的特別早，8點前就到了，前台還是給開了房間，但是攜程許諾的房型升級又又又沒享受到。
酒店位置不錯，位於麥積區天水站附近，在商業街上，火車站出來走幾百米就到了，周圍很多很多吃的和購物的地方，牛肉麪隨處可見。後面就是渭河，可以去溜達，有行人走的橋去河對岸。離有軌電車也很近，可以去秦州區。
房間衞生還不錯，但是這種洗手間我還是第一次用，他應該是架空的，走上去咯吱作響，而且空間比較侷促，一個人用有點擠，兩個人用可太擠了🤣
房間的被品用着有點説不出來的感覺，感覺質量沒有很差，也沒有很好，中規中矩。底下的床墊和床單中間沒有過渡層，躺上去有點滑溜溜的不踏實的感覺。
房間整體空間還是不錯的，也寬敞明亮，都是有窗户的。
早餐也很豐富，是真的挺豐富，地方不大，但是菜品花樣我感覺是挺用心的，但是得趕早，不然剩的東西不多，有鮮麪條，可以體驗一下漿水面。還可以自己做煎蛋啥的。

天水潮漫酒店讓在外的人，感受到了歸家的感覺：這裡有住家的豐盛可口早餐，這裡有温馨如家的環境，還有那周到齊全的全天候服務，可烘乾全自動洗衣機，以及幽默有趣的送物機器人～如果有機會，我還會來這裏。
