Avis : Momostay Capsules Hotel

Disappointing experience as I have stayed here before a year ago. All rooms had airconds removed, capsule is so stuffy I have to sleep with the door open. Other than that, place is clean and fantastic location.

I stated here last year.And this time is second time. This was so good place that Same as before I will stay here next time too. Thank you🙆🏽♂️

no personel to greet you, it s a problem if you are a tourist without Malaysian phone. All the rest is perfect, clean, quiet.

So far from George Town Everyone should know before booking,no staff at this hotel .U only can ask staff at internet.

Highly recommended! It’a affordable and yet still offer a good quality space. The overall place is new, clean, and modern. Got outdoor space to sit and relax as well. The toilet is very clean and well maintained. Overall capsule experience was great and comfortable. Located in the city center, it’s so easy to visit nearby shopping malls. If you’re looking for affordable and good stay, i would highly recommend this place.

衞生堪憂，膠囊裡頭一股人體異味非常噁心，床單很薄也沒加一層軟墊隔開客人睡久了不用一個月就有異味就算換床單都沒用，床墊沒消毒已經滲透人體異味看到網上好評全是刷單別被騙了，商家會發WhatsApp要求客人好評下回入住返10令吉，隔天一早離店用消毒水噴霧把身體消毒一輪受不了，當晚檳城滿房衹能湊合五小時立馬離店，店家肯定狡辯自己膠囊旅館沒問題，重點是清理衞生不花幾毛錢這種事情應該深入檢討，不專業導致客人體驗不好，圖片後面兩張是發來的自助辦理入住，存錯櫃子也要罰30令吉至於那麼錢眼嗎？關鍵店家要客人自助辦理入住
