Hotel is perfect furnitured with fine touch of modern, very clean and smelling nice. The stuff are very polite. Food with variety at main restaurant is the best in Tirana. Its a must visit place. The bathrooms are very welled equipped with all necessary thing you need

Uno dei migliori hotel dove sono stata in Europa! Servizi impeccabili, camere grandi e pulite alla perfezione, design e arredamento bellissimi, SPA eccezionale con servizi perfetti (ho fatto un massaggio e body scrub). Il personale oltre ad essere accogliente, è super professionale ed attento ad ogni singolo dettaglio e richiesta del cliente. Si paga a mio avviso poco per la qualità e le stelle (veritiere) del hotel.

Ottima struttura ,nuova e molto elegante . Collocata vicino al centro citta. Ottimo il servizio, belle le stanze ed ottimo ristorante. Molto bella anche la SPA . Il personale gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

I stayed in premium room with balcony, the curtain wasn’t able to close, everyone could see us if we didn’t turn off the lights. No bathrobe in the room, also the AC was under maintenance which is terrible slept at night cause too hot . Breakfast selection menu was so so poor. The reception was really nice but With 180€ per night i got really terrible service

Ottimo ed al centro. Hotel nuovissimo. La struttura e’ nuovissima. Personale cortese. Stanze non tanto grande ma pulite e complete di tutto. Bagno grande. Kit igiene completi di spazzolino. Frigobar pieno, tv 55 pollici UHD. Ottima climatizzazione, letti comodi. Stanza insonorizzata. Macchina da caffè con cialde gradita. Ottima e pulita anche ha SPA. Anche la colazione completa ed abbondante.davvero nulla da dire. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto perfetto! Hotel nuovo, a 15 min a piedi dal centro, staff gentile e ottima colazione. C’è un parcheggio interrato, lo staff parcheggia la macchina per te. Camere ampie e pulite, con un gradevole terrazzino privato. Straconsigliato!

I was delighted by the quality, style and service of this hotel. Honestly, I could not have expected more. Contemporary styled public areas and rooms, with cool bathrooms, excellent shower and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was very good. Also had a very good lunch there. Free access to a pretty luxurious spa was an unexpected extra treat. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is a relatively new property located just off the main square in Tirana. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and include the usual modern amenities. City view rooms have amazing views over the mountains surrounding the City. Spa facilities were excellent and offer a range of treatments and include a jacuzzi, steam room, and salt room. Although the breakfast was tasty, the options were somewhat limited. Overall, this is a property I would recommend if you are looking for a modern hotel backed by a well known brand name.
