All'arrivo in albergo dopo un attesa mi hanno detto di avermi spostato in un altra struttura. Con 42 gradi mi sono dovuto spostare a piedi e con i bagagli nel nuovo albergo se vogliamo chiamarlo così. Uno schifo che non si riusciva nemmeno a vedere l'entrata. UNA VERA TRUFFA

房間很乾凈，免費停車，早餐還是非常好的，牛奶咖啡水果均有，位置超好，鬧中取靜，就在古城中心，到任何市裡的景點都可以步行，夕陽是在房間看到的

Très bon hôtel au centre de la ville. Accès difficile pour les groupes, car rue étroite et devons décharger le bus en deuxième file dans une rue proche et fort passante. Bon accueil, bonne chambre, bon petit déjeuner, très bon service.

The Metro doesn’t look quite like the pictures. It occupies the ground, 1, and 10th floors of a fairly shabby looking residential low-rise tower block built in the 2000s. It’s a great, central location in the Blloku - exactly where you want to be for trendy and lovely outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s a 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg square and the “centre”. Despite the location the road is quiet and sound insulation good, so no concerns about noise. Plus points: - big room - excellent big comfy bed - good value - excellent a/c - excellent free high-speed Wi-Fi - friendly staff - clean and fresh - rooms black out - good value (v good by western standards) Negative points: - the free breakfast is a bit basic and not high quality - it’s not exactly “luxury”. A 2.5-3 star level in general If you want somewhere clean, cool, dark and quiet to get a good night’s rest, this place is perfect. You won’t want to spend hours relaxing in the hotel: it’s not the place for that. But I’d definitely come here again on a weekend break.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questa struttura a settembre 2022. Vicinissimo al centro di Tirana, la stanza era favolosa, pulita e super nuova. Rifacimento della camera eccellente , colazione buona e abbondante , receptionist gentili e accoglienti . Abbiamo apprezzato molto la doccia spaziosa e le luci colorate in stanza . Super consigliato . A presto, Ivo e Beatrice .

I love everything about it, but mostly the staff that is extremely helpful even before your stay - helps you get prepared by ordering a taxi to pick you up at the airport, orders a birthday cake for your partner that is celebrating birthday, indicates a exchange place to go to get a good rate. Location is amazing, bedrooms are really good and comfortable, shower is great. I found it a pearl and would come back and recommend without doubt! Thank YOU! You are very special people and deserve the best guests.

Estamos haciendo un viaje en moto y veníamos cansados luego de navegar desde Bari - Italia a Durazzo - Albania, luego viajamos por carretera desde Durazzo hasta Tirana y nos hospedamos en el hotel Metro. Todo el equipo de trabajo fue amable, atento, cordial y con disposición de servicio. Las habitaciones modernas, limpias, ordenadas llenas de luz y con ventanales por donde se ve la ciudad. El Desayuno estuvo incluido en el precio, se puede escoger entre destino albanés o internacional (tipo buffet) Volveríamos con gusto. Recomendable 100%

Our experience has been very positive and we did not see notable deficiencies. The breakfast is very complete and with a very fast and efficient bar and kitchen service. The staff is very kind and professional. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the center, but it is located in a very lively neighborhood, full of trendy bars, restaurants and nightclubs. It is the center of entertainment in Tirana. The mager Edi and the reception staff are very professional and explain how to get around Tirana. If necessary, they organize outings and tourist tours outside the city at very affordable prices and with total comfort. It was a success. We will definitely return to this charming hotel.
