Absolutely disgusting hotel, customer service was terrible, very old building and dirty rooms. The *** at the reception was very very rude.

Very very bad experience. The receptionist takes 500 rs extra and the room is not that booked. Very bad terrible experience.

Property location is near to bus stand it is very easy to approach in person. Restaurant available nearby is good. I have not availed room service. Pleasant stay overall rating is good

Room was maintained average. Single blanket was provided that too was not clean. I didn't enjoyed stay at hotel.

A lodge with ac facility. Do not expect towels, a pretty old place. Bathroom was not up to the mark. Lot of stains in the closet.

Gives a feeling more of a lodge rather than a hotel. Quite un friendly approach by the front office and poor service quality. All support staff queuing up for tips expecting separate tips but restaurant very good and tasty, in spite os un curtious service

The bed and pillow are not comfortable to sleep, the toilet bulb brightness is very low, the bathroom shower is not working, then the mobile charging point is also not working, night' lamps not working

1. Worst reception experience ever had 2. Ac was not working, they changed room after waiting for 1 hour. This happend at 11. 45 night. 3. Tv currency not topped up, tv stopped working after 10 minutes of usage. 4. Phone not working
