Newly Opened - Sikhara Stays

I visited Tirupati recently on April 06, 2024. I wanted a room which is affordable for a person or two and at the same time, value for money. I booked Shikhara Stay around two month's in advance to get some discount. The snaps while that time on one of the travel was very clean, polished and was looking very promising so I booked my stay for one week's time. However, I was totally disappointed. The hotel didn't even do anything unless you ask at-least three to four times. Toiletries -such as Bath soap or towels are essential part of hotel stay was not provided at first attempt, and need to follow-up two or three times. The room was cleaned only once alternate day, don't know the reason why? Lastly, the staff behaviour was not normal and bit rude and they are eager to seek every opportunity to grab some extra money(in form of tip) every room service request they provide - be it providing water bottles (money given to pay from outside) or toiletries (money not given – but they still expects …) or any other service such as getting food from outside.

This is not suitable for family, please do not refer these kind of hotels family. Location also very worst.

Room is really small no closet. Other than that all basic amenities are good. Staff are very polite.

Good room and polite nature and good people bathroom was good and cleaned. Hot water facility. Filter water available.

Hotel stay was good but the environment and staff was not helpful no luggage room and non cooperative staff

Room good and clean, location central, food not available at hotel, staff behaviour was not cordial, needs improvement.

It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. Cleanliness is good. It recommended to stay in the hotel.

The hotel is really good, the room is very clean and neat, cost is also very less. Only concern is the area of the hotel and the hotel infront of the wine shop so from 6-8 p. M. Condition really horrible
