Premier Inn Tiverton

All in all, a very good stay but the most memorable aspect was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I always dread having to park in a public car park with anxiety about whether I can pay only by phone app (I don't have a smart phone) or being obliged to use a multistorey CP. There's plenty of overnight parking , one just has to be careful to check the T&C's of the actual CP one uses to avoid a penalty. The Reception staff gave us very helpful advice on this.

Great location that provides easy access to the high street, shops, castle, bus station and the Great Western Canal. The room was spacious with great views and everything I needed to have a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and really helpful, in particular Bethany and Nettie.

I have stayed at two of the hotels and both have been great I would highly recomend them to anyone who want a delighful and happy stay in a hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels within the UK, many of them premier inns and none stand up to the team and service provided by the Tiverton team. They are personable, patient and kind and clearly focused on ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. I wish to highlight Beth as an outstanding member of the team and a credit to Premier Inn. Nothing is too much to ask for and every task is promptly delivered with a smile. Sadly I won’t be needing to stay here again as I am changing jobs but I recommend as your first choice of hotel at reasonable prices if staying in the area.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. The level of service from all the staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The food was well presented, hot and fresh. The menu was varied and with gluten free options. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and we would be happy to return. Tegan and her team went the extra mile. Thank you.

We stayed here several times over a few months. The staff were always friendly and helpful, rooms always spotlessly clean.

My husband is paralysed and uses a wheelchair. Getting in and out of the car is a big deal, so to arrive late at night at the Premier Inn to find no disabled parking because a staff member had parked in it was pretty upsetting. Had he been alone it would have been impossible. We had to go up in the lift to reception to get it moved and then back down to park. No staff at reception and then finally came out of back room after 5 minutes. In the room, accessibility issues continued. Showerhead placed out of reach for a wheelchair user, toilet seat loose, filthy shower seat and wetroom corners, sheet not fitted properly which can cause bedsores, shower curtain too rusted up for husband to draw. Big fat fail for a company supposedly accommodating for the disabled.

My son and I stayed at your hotel for 11day (4 th to the 15th April. It was Only meant to be for 4days but extended it twice. The food was very good. Shout out to Ash the cook and the team. The rooms where lovely and comfortable and felt very homely and clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception staff where amazing and helpful. A big shout out to Tegan made our stay memorable and we will be back. Many thanks

Lovely clean hotel, good location and felt modern and up to date. All staff have been friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. A lovely evening meal with a beautifully cooked steak. Special thanks to Tegan who made our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel really enjoyable, especially for my son, making sure his evening meal was exactly how he wanted it and ensuring his choice of fruit was available for breakfast. We will be returning.
