Great location right in between exits for 2 different stations (higashi ginza and tsukiji) plus a few blocks away from the main ginza shopping district (and ginza station itself) Right across the hotel is an udon restaurant which is super popular with tourists with hours long queue.

Walking distance to Ginza area. Great for shopping and the tempura noodle shop opposite was awesome!

We added Breakfast and it was not good at all, just a set menu. Hotel beds are really uncomfortable and the rooms are too small. No safe in the room at all Will not stay here again !

Service 5 stars is credited to Kato-san (the female staff at the reception). The other 2 male staffs at the reception are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Kato-san was the only one smiling and greeting guests and went out of her way to help guests in need. Kato-san needs a pay raise.

I absolutely adore this hotel! It’s in a great location in Ginza about a 15 minute walk from all of the major attractions within Ginza. It also has a lot of great restaurants around and has easy access to the metro, buses and the airport bus. I was also very happy with the hotel staff as they were so helpful with anything I needed. The room was still quite small considering it’s a Tokyo however, the lobby spaces nice and big so you could go and relax there and enjoy a lot of free refreshment, such as coffee or tea. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I love this hotel. Within 3 mins walk to nearest mrt. (ginza) high security. Very friendly staff and great service. Would definitely love to come to this hotel again.

Affordable hotel with decent service. Front desk can try to smile more. Need google translate to communicate with the older staff. Near ginza and quiet at night.

The hotel is very near good restaurants and walking distance from the main shopping street. less than 10min walk from train stn and beside a hospital so perfect for family with kids and seniors. quiet street but near everything. We would definitely be back if will be in Tokyo again.

Very good stay. Place is clean with alot of amenities. Very near to Ginza area which is good for shopping. Travelling to Disneyland and other attractions is also a breeze.

The hotel lobby is on level 2 and you need the room key to use the lift to the room. Service is adequate and you can deposit your bags before check in.

Strategic location, near metro/ JR station, in the end of the heart of Ginza, walking distance to tsukiji. The room is quite big for a room in Tokyo. Two queen size beds can accomodate 2 adults and 1 kid. We can still open suitcase max 2 pieces all together. We pay for breakfast and the food were more than we expect, simple but tasty. Worth the price!

Value to price and convenient. Stylish hotel with free coffee and tea provided.

Location is really good although the room is super small — smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Struggled a bit with two of us but all in all we liked the experience staying here and would book it again. Price was right when we booked :)
