Unfortunately not the place we expected.
Service by reception staff were outstanding, however the actual apartment was an absolute disappointment. The bedroom had a fake window with fake shutter. There was no wardrobes, only a clothes rail which was broken. I have to say the bathroom was amazing with a great shower, but then the tv needed to be unplugged in order to keep it off. The front window looked like it had been forced to be open with the handle broken.
The positive about this accommodation is the location, which is brilliant. Really close to restaurants and amenities.

Stayed in a 1 bed ground floor apartment was excellent cleaned daily great staff, great location and there is a great Mini Supermarket onsite which had freash Bread daily and a great selection of beer and wines at good prices

Dreadful run down place in a great location. Checked in to our 'apartment' at midnight and it was basically a small room with a bathroom (bathroom window was broken and locked with a nail). There were wires all down the wall from the TV. Went straight back to reception and asked for a different apartment (there were none available). Checked out at 8am the following morning as it was so dilapidated. Walked past the fencing round the pool on way out and all the residents have their washing drying on maidens on the outskirts of the pool.

The lady on reception was extremely rude!! Never experienced anything like it in the hospitality service. Our flights changed so we booked and paid for the extra night with ***********. They cancelled our *********** on us and made us pay extra for the night directly to them. On checking out they said they would refund us our deposit by electronic transfer. I have rang them three times and all of a sudden they can't speak English anymore and the phone hangs up. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cleaning staff and night porter, restraunt staff lovely. Stay away from this hotel.

The apartment it's just fine for 4 adults and a 6 year old. Bedding nd towels changed every few days. The fridge was a small one, there weren't enough kitchen utensils like to even fry an egg. The pool was disgusting, tiles were literally green from lack of cleaning. There was no lifeguard, people breaking the rules of the pool on a daily basis, there isn't any type of security, outsiders walked around as they pleased some even coming in for a wee swim in the pool, lady coming to the pool with the dog too, just a joke!!! insulation between flats was 0, air conditioning machine literally on top of the wee balcony therefore impossible to sit there unless the aircon in the house is off. The restaurants around were nice and so were the staff members. As an overall the flats there aren't worth the money whatsoever.

We had a problem with the bathroom door. The handle fell off. It took 4 days of complaints,before someone came to fix it. Also the bed the latts kept falling through . Someone came put them back up. But they kept falling through the whole 10 days of our stay.

Lovely and close to other places staff was polite and very helpful and friendly room was clean and plenty of room for all off us which made a very enjoyable stay will definitely go again for future trips

No pool facilities for the week we stayed here, we asked and were told it would be open within 2-3 days due to Maintenance. 2-3 days passed and pool not open, when we asked again they said it was closed because of the weather - we only had one night of poor weather. Customer Service not the best at reception and feel that the advertised services were false. Won’t be back again. Only helpful person here was Andy from the Supermercado and The staff in the restaurants around the Marina.

It took 40 minutes from the airport in a taxi. On arrival I was allocated room 701 which is a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. It never had an outside seating area so I upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with a seaview balcony, room 811. Both apartments were spotless. Room 811 was perfect, large TV, wifi, massive balcony of the main room, juliet balcony off one of the bedroms. It was €100 deposit on check in for any room which was refunded at the end of our stay. €10 for a pass to the pool, also refunded on checkout. Lovely area in Torrevieja with restaurants very near by. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment.
