The hotel is quite old but it is clean and well maintained. The room is really big and has complete toiletries. They gave us free water and fruits during our stay. Their restaurant has a nice view of sapa. This is also near sun plaza and yummy restaurant and moana cafe

The concierge boy was the best, his service was excellent. He was helpful in drying our shoes as it was wet due to the heavy rain. We check out early and wanted to catch the overnight bus, he was attentive and pack some water and banana for us to eat on the way. That was a great gesture.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, les chambres étais spacieuses et propre, elle disposait de tout le nécessaire. Nous avions également une vue exceptionnelle sur le mont Fasipan. L’accueil par le propriétaire et ses employés étais très attentionnée! Ils on étais à l’écoute et on répondue à chacune de nos demande pour les déplacements. A notre arrivée nous avons étais accueilli avec du the et des fruits et un soir on nous a offert de l’alcool de riz et du buffle séché. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The family room we got was really spacious, beds are comfortable, and the mountain view was just breathtaking. It is also quiet so very good if you want a peaceful holiday. Location is good as well, near many restaurants, and also very near Moana Sapa (walking distance). The most impressive was their service - as soon as we arrived, they helped us with our luggage, and gave us hot tea- very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend Sapa Valley View Hotel 👍

Comfortable bed and pillows had a great sleep. The view is wonderful when is a clear day. It is family hotel and they are great and they speak English. Give you some bananas and tea and plenty of smiles. Very happy to stay in such a wonderful environment. Very much recomendable. Close to many restaurants.

We recently stayed at Sapa Valley Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. They arranged for Spa/Massage & the Bus service for our tour to Rong May Glass Bridge. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and public transport. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.
