Very accommodating staff. Room is clean. Location is good, near restaurants, massage centers and Sapa Station-within the central. 😀

Amazing view from the balcony! Sapa centre is 10 minutes walk away which is convenient but also away from the noise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. A complimentary tea break was provided and that was a nice touch! Really enjoyed my stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful great location fantastic view. Bed and room were comfortable and very pleasing. Highly rate this hotel. Spent the day after at Fansipan mountain, also spectacular to visit.

This hotel is in a great location along the Main Street in Sapa. Just a few minutes’ walk from several restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony rooms have a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was very underwhelming, though. We enjoy both western and Vietnamese breakfast. We didn’t find great choices from either selection. Cold eggs, cold waffles, and lukewarm noodles. Stay here, but don’t waste your money on their breakfast.

La amabilidad de su personal el gran valor del hotel, por referencias de un amigo viajero lo reservé y creo que se quedo corto, la gran habitación, la limpieza, el estupendo desayuno buffet, las vistas a la montaña de mi habitación ( pedí upgrade y pagando la diferencia fue una decisión muy acertada) pese a las espesas nubes que todo lo cubría), la calefacción, pero sobre todo EL PERSONAL ( mención especial y muy agradecidos a la Srta de recepción Du’o’ng Thi Hue’, que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, la profesionalidad y amabilidad es el gran calor del hotel, esperamos poder volver de nuevo y disfrutar de nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Hotel reception really helpful but the laundry service not what I expecte 😅😅 but overall the hotel and the staff so very humble😊
