Avis : DeLaSol Sapa Hotel

Très bel hôtel, très proche de tout. Le personnel était aimable et poli. J'adore la vue et le papier toilette !

Un personnel vraiment chaleureux et sympathique dans cet hôtel. Situé à proximité de la place Sapa, du SunWorld Plaza, du village CatCat, de l'église de pierre, du parc Ham Rong, du lac Sapa et de Moang Hua, il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants dans les environs. Les vues sur les vallées et les montagnes sont spectaculaires depuis les chambres avec vue sur la montagne. Le petit-déjeuner était assez varié et offrait encore une fois d'excellentes vues ! Il faisait froid en janvier, mais heureusement, la climatisation propose également le chauffage dans les chambres de bonne taille. Merci pour ce super séjour !

The room was clean and situated in a lively area, with a massage place and convenience store close by. However, the layout of the room didn't exactly match what I had booked. While it did have a window, it faced an interior corridor with no view, and unfortunately, the window couldn’t be locked.

Sweet and supportive staffs. Satisfying room cleaniness. Good location in old quarter. The only weakness is its located in a small street so need to walk a few steps to get to main street to get the taxi. Best thing is they hv the elevator as most hostels or hotels in Old Quarter has no elevator which could be a problem if u have many luggages. Will be in the list of our choice when we visit again in view of reasonable price, good location and helpful staffs.

DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. While not all staff speak fluent English, some do try their best to communicate and provide helpful service. โรงแรมเดอลาซอล ซาปา (DeLaSol Sapa) ตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา ทำให้มองเห็นวิวสวยตระการตา โดยเฉพาะถ้าวันไหนอากาศดีจะสามารถมองเห็นยอดเขาฟานซีปันได้อย่างชัดเจน ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงขนาดใหญ่ นอนสบาย มีระเบียงส่วนตัวให้ได้นั่งชมวิวแบบใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ภายในห้องยังมีอ่างอาบน้ำและห้องนั่งเล่นเพิ่มความสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าจัดเต็มมาก เป็นแบบนานาชาติ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ทั้งขนมปัง ไข่ ผลไม้ รวมถึงผักสดที่รสชาติดี เดินจากโรงแรมไปสถานีรถกระเช้าฟานซีปันได้ไม่ไกล รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ให้นั่งชิลหลายร้าน ข้อเสียเล็กน้อยคือโรงแรมอยู่บนถนนวันเวย์ ทำให้การนั่งรถมาอาจต้องอ้อมบ้าง แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับวิวที่สวยมาก ที่นี่ยังเป็นหนึ่งในจุดแสตมป์ของซาปา นักท่องเที่ยวสามารถซื้อสมุดสะสมแสตมป์ได้จากที่โรงแรม พนักงานบางคนสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไม่คล่องนัก แต่มีความตั้งใจและพยายามให้บริการอย่างเต็มที่

Location was good. Not too busy street but still close and within walking distance to the center

Avoid Room 403 at this hotel. It is located directly beneath the restaurant, and the noise from chairs being dragged and people walking around in the morning is quite disruptive. Additionally, I was charged for a Platinum Room, but Room 403 clearly does not meet the standards of that category. Disappointed with the mismatch between what I paid for and what I received.

Hotel is strategically located to all nearby attractions and walking distance to Sun plaza which is great. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, room is comfortable. View is great facing the mountain and valley but the view is partially blocked by the emergency exit staircase. The other downside is the soundproof is bad and has to be improved.

I was looking for a centrally located hotel that comes with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountainous. The Delasol hotel checks all of the requirements for me. Check-in staff was also helpful and accorded early check-in for me at around 11:30am. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a conveniently located hotel with good service!

I booked a room with mountain view. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 10min walk to Sapa Station. But along the way to sapa station, there are many shops and restaurants.

Booked a stay for 2 nights. But decided to extend our stay for another night because we truly enjoyed our time in Sa Pa. Special appreciation goes out to Mr Lam, Mr Tang (both works at the reception) and Mr Dao (Bellman). These 3 staff has an outstanding work ethics, professionalism and kind. This 3 staffs had made our trip in Sa Pa delightful. Delasol hotel is definitely lucky to have employees like them.
