The hotel is located right in front of the beautiful Taiping Lake Gardens, providing a scenic view and a calm atmosphere throughout the day. Cleanliness was good , location easy to access . Nice view , breakfast was simple . Can be improve on breakfast variety .

Great location. Elevators quite small. Hotel seems old but still in a good condition. Cleanliness can be improved.

Hotel location is my priority choice to choose this hotel, the beautiful lake is just in front of the hotel.

Convenient location to taiping lake and taiping zoo

Hotel room ok , aircon good , breakfast good but can have more choices . Parking not many at hotel but can park a bit far away open car park also own by the hotel .

The floor and wall finishing were not old,but the bedsheet had stains,bath gel and shampoo wasnt refilled,the route to the parking wasnt pleasant. The only good thing its near to the park.

Overall ok, satisfied with services. Good stay and good location.

The check in was fast and the staff are friendly.The room and the pool are clean and overall comfortable to stay.

Located in front of the most famous Taiping Lake. Owns basement parking but with no lift to the lobby. Nice spread of breakfast. Nasi lemak was good. My third visit :)

Great place to stay! It’s so convenient to go to the Lake Garden and Zoo by walking. Room is super clean and breakfast spread are all yummy!

The bathroom still has someone's trousers hanging in it, and we were informed that the maintenance staff would assist us in opening the closed safe deposit box. However, the maintenance guy didn't show up. Additionally, the breakfast was lousy. Beside this, everything else is okay. The room is facing the lakeview, but due to the low floor, we could hear the sound of motorbikes
