The toilets in rooms are so small that you can't bath smoothly ....no bath soap / toilet soap was placed in toilet, room smell and temperature was not good ...service portion also not much standard ...location of hotel is good .....this is too expensive compare to its facilities ...

I have stayed here for 02 days I found rooms was superb, neat and clean with all amenities..Main thing hotel was very closed to city palace ,lake pichhola,Kani Mata, dudh Talai, railway station .specious parking ..one more thing we were loved that 02 malls there and it was so closed to Hotel WonderCliff. We had breakfast and dinner that was mouth watering and delicious. I would like to suggest you please have once in restaurant Kahi Bhi ..wow what a stunning view from rooftop. My special thanks to all staff specially Mr. Devendra Singh who did check-in my rooms smoothly with politely and courteous way . Mr.shobit and team in roof top was extremely professional and kind Property is 💯% veg property I would give 5☆☆☆☆☆ to this hotel and please must visit .. Best wishes to all and keep it up ..

I was on my Rajasthan bike trip with one of my friend and we stayed here for a night on Dec 22nd, 2021. The hotel is located at prime location, just beside one of the main road, all sight seeing points quite nearby. The property seems to be pretty new, clean and well maintained. It has rooftop restaurant and I will recommend everyone to utilise the rooftop restaurant rather than ordering room service as it gives you amazing view point. But the highlight was the hospitality shown by the restaurant ***ager (in addition of all other staff). He will make sure that your orders are prepared as you want and make sure that you enjoy the experience to the fullest. Given that we were left with just half a day in Udaipur, he was kind enough to suggest that we should immediately head out to City palace, as it will take 3-4 hours and then proceed to Sajjangarh fort for the sunset to end the day.

Had been here for 2days nearby Chris**as with group of 14 members and had a wonderful experience there. the usp of the hotel was it's rooftop restaurant serving mouth freshening eateries by the professional sheffs.
