Rooms are not clean, water is very hard and smelly. Hand shower was not working. Bathroom tiles and buckets were greasy. Restaurant is good but very slow in serving.

It was a comfortable stay. Good hospitality. But the house keeping department is required to given more training as despite demand, they did not change the used towels.

It was a wonderful experience, though my train was 11 hours late, but after checkin into the hotel my experience became wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and staff are very polite and cooperative. The washroom was in excellent condition. The food was superb and very tasty. The breakfast was very hygienic and healthy and very tasty. Overall, my experience was five star. The property was very clean and well behaved staff with wonderful amenities. I was new in U and was afraid to check in into any properties, but after booking the hotel and checking the reviews of the customer, I experience the wonderful property and definitely whenever I will visit Ujjain. I’ll be staying in the same hotel and I will suggest someone with family or friends to stay in this property, very clean and well, behave the staff. It’s nearby to railway station and Mahakaleshwar Temple. Hardly you will be charged 100 to ₹150 for an auto.
