The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

Very limited options for buffet. Food in dinner was served cold. Salad counter was having flies over it. Wi-fi was not auto login basis room, they had to come to room to enter the password in your devices to access it, this too was done when asked

Hotel manager sashank was very courteous and the staff is well trained to handle customers. I have been to various lemon tree properties but this is the best in terms of customer interaction. Keep it up!

Location is perfect, rooms are near and clean, food quality is good, service is better, well connected to railway station

My stay at lemon tree was excellent. Right from check in to the check out. Front desk, room service, restaraunt were all super. The quality food was very good. Room was spacious, clean, smart with really nice bathrooms. Great place to stay

Property doesn’t have driver bed, no parking for car, extra bed was booked but was not available rooms are specious but need to improve amenities to call it as 3 star

Not good experience as not good quality breakfast and dinner. Not a single staff in or near by breakfast area to help n get my ask addressed

One of the worst lemontree property. I have stayed with them for almost 12 years in various cities. But this one was really bad poor front desk manners they were fighting among themselves. Room were not ready even at 5. 30 p. M check in. Room keys had problems and room intercom and common intercom on the floor was also not working. Food quality was ok. But room service was pathetic as they did not even revert back for any query. Overall not recommended.
