Marriott's StreamSide Evergreen at Vail

We love this resort, I do have a few suggestions, however. There aren't any balconies at this building. If that is important to you, try the other building. The TV are not smart tvs. The pool has been out of commission since April, so everyone is in the one hot tub and it is on occasion crowded. The views from the hot tub are gorgeous! The staff is friendly. The unit is extremely clean and updated. Housekeeping did ask us to take out all trash and recycling and run the dishwasher before we left. The location is just perfect a 4 mile bike ride along the bike path into the 2 main villages. We have stayed here before and will return again. The shuttle is nice, but not always prompt. We had quite a wait at Vail transportation center to get home. there was a greyhound there going to Dallas at the same time, so the transportation center was really crowded. There was also another family waiting for our shuttle with a crying baby. A few more activities on the schedule would be nice. The saunas and fitness room are nice. The fitness room is a good size and has everything you may need.

Wonderful property, especially for the price. Very pleasantly surprised with how spacious the suite was. We had a full kitchen and plenty of breathing room for our family of 5. Hot tub right out the back door, as well as a raquetball/basketball court, ping pong table and indoor/outdoor pool in the main building. Staff was very attentive. Very conveniently located right off of I-70. We would have stayed longer if we could but had to get kids back to school after a 4-day weekend. This property will be on our short list next time we're planning a trip to Vail.

We’re Marriott Vacation Club owners & decided on this place for an August stay mainly because it was available and not pricey since most people go to Vail in winter. It was a nice place to chill. Activities are mostly for the outdoorsy: biking, hiking, etc. The clubhouse is basic and a little dated. No restaurant or mini mart, but we never had to wait to play billiards or ping pong whenever we wanted. They’ve turned a racketball court into a half basketball court, which my kids enjoyed. We often had the fitness facilities to ourselves. The resort is a short drive or shuttle ride to the village. It is close to 2 supermarkets - you could walk in 25-30 minutes. The room was spacious and the view of the stream was pretty. No balcony in our building, and the kitchen was cramped. Otherwise a very nice room.

This is one of the best Marriott Vacation Club Hotels I have stayed. The kitchenette is quite well equipped. There's a shuttle that takes guests to Golden Peak, Lionshead or Vail Village. Safeway market is right in front of the hotel. So, this is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful.

This is a lovely choice if like us you are using a time share exchange week. Even in the COVID era there are nice amenities including a swimming pool, hot tubs, a steam room and sauna. Our suite was ample, very clean and well equipped. There's a big laundry room in the building.

What an awesome property! Check in was super easy. They even had a birthday gift for my 10 year old as we were celebrating her birthday. She was thrilled! We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was super clean, the beds were comfy and they had everything we needed in the kitchen including coffee and tea. There is a Safeway you can drive to and Lionshead is a short drive as well. The kids had a blast at the pool and there were about 5 fun and inexpensive crafts that we purchased at the front desk. We will be back!
