Nous avons séjourné mardi 10 janvier 2023 dans cet établissement. L' hôtel est situé au milieu des vignes dans un endroit calme. Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique. Si l'établissement est joli dans son ensemble, la chambre qui nous a été donné était vieillissante, dommage. La literie n'est pas particulièrement confortable, enfin cela n'engage que moi. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas en phase avec l'expérience proposée.

The hotel is not bad but be aware if you plan to share a room because the “twin beds” are so close they are basically a queen bed divided in two and the bathroom is totally exposed - including the shower and toilet. I really dont know why they sell rooms with twins beds. It just does not make sense. And it annoys me that they are not able to do anything to make things better when someone is frustrated with that embarrassing situation. Also, there is a non-stop small noise that probably comes from ventilation system.

Fantastic Hotel. Beautiful views. Friendly helpful staff. Food and Wine were outstanding. What a fantastic place for a break. Room was large beautifully decorated. Room Rates were good value at this time of year. A very big thank you to hotel and staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place for our overnight stay on arrival in Spain. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings within their own vineyards and overlooking the Sierra Nevada. They produce three reds, rose and a white wine, the red wine being classified as Bronze, Silver and Gold. I preferred the white wine to the rose for pre-dinner drinks and we also tried the Silver and the Gold red wines, both delicious. The Gold would go well with a jolly good steak. The Silver was our choice for dinner, not so high on the tannins and thoroughly enjoyable. We went for the half board including dinner and the set menu was extremely good. You would be well advised to arrive hungry as the menu includes starter, fish course (big) followed by meat course (big too) and pudding. Our bedroom was quite small but modern and comfortable with a good quality shower room. I think there are larger rooms in the hotel too. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful with my practically non existent Spanish language. We booked an underground parking space for 6 euros but there was plenty of outdoor parking so we didn't really need this. I imagine it is more useful in the hot summer weather. Would we go again? Yes, absolutely.

From arrival reception, to our hotel room, the winery/cellar tour & wine tasting, to the evening meal serving 18 of us with 4 courses, right up to breakfast and our departure, none of us could fault any thing.

This was our second visit here, it’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy excellent food and wine with stunning views and very good staff. Our room for 5 days had a balcony with extensive views over the pool and into the Sierra Nevada mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The wine made here is very good indeed and reasonably priced - we particularly enjoyed their rose wine which suited the food and hot weather. Our meals in the restaurant were delicious and the staff attentive. It was a pity that there were so few other visitors, due no doubt to current travel restrictions. We really enjoyed the seared tuna and the octopus. Breakfast was mainly served on pre assembled plates due to COVID rules rather than the good buffet of our first visit but rolls and pastries etc were laid out for choice. We will certainly return on our next trip to Andalucía.

Solo puedo hablar del restaurante. Hemos estado de viaje de empresa, y la última parada era para comer en ésta bodega. Somos 42 comensales. En cuanto al lugar, es súper bonito, limpio, ordenado y tranquilo y con unas vistas muy bellas. En cuanto a la comida ha estado toda muy muy buena y sabrosa, el maridaje perfecto y en cuanto al servicio ha sido una magistral e inigualable. Habían 2 camareras y un camarero, los tres han hecho un servicio de bandera y de una profesionalidad y delicadeza inmejorables. Una de ellas sabemos que se llama Mónica porque hemos escuchado su nombre, pues desde luego ésta chica llamada Mónica y sus dos compañeros de servicio han hecho un trabajo de matrícula de honor. Cuando llegas a un lugar cansado se tantos kms, paras para comer y seguir tu ruta, y te encuentras en un lugar como Bodegas Señoría de Nevada, y un servicio de camareras/os que en ningún momento han perdido la sonrisa, te sirven con esa paz, tranquilidad y amabilidad, es como recibir un soplo de aire fresco y fuerza para continuar tu camino. Un millón de gracias al servicio y al equipo de cocina. Enhorabuena.

La comida es excelente y el servicio también. Es un sitio tranquilo, con muy buenas vistas y mucha profesionalidad. En Granada es comparable al Ruta del Veleta (por calidad y buen servicio), pero con más encanto. No hay menú degustación, pero la calidad y elaboración de los platos es de 10.

Un lugar elegante, tranquilo y en un enclave natural precioso. La comida del restaurante es excelente, el personal muy agradable y las instalaciones espectaculares. La visita guiada a los viñedos y la bodega, junto con la carta de vinos es un aliciente único
