I have nothing but praise for this hotel. It’s truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, exuding a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped in. The beds were very comfortable as well and we had one of the best sleep here. Service was impeccable, with every staff member making us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A standout highlight was the breakfast buffet, offering an impressive variety that catered to every taste. The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Amenities such as a spacious work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar added to the convenience. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. I also enjoyed the serene outdoor swimming pool, a perfect retreat for relaxation. The Heavenly Spa offered a luxurious experience, with professional therapists and a calming ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day. Dining: Dining at The Westin Surabaya was a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Magnolia Restaurant featured a vast selection of both local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and fresh. I also tried room service one evening, and the food arrived promptly, still warm, and well-prepared. The hotel’s attention to culinary detail truly enhanced the overall experience. Staff Service: Throughout my stay, the service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with — from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant servers — was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ satisfaction. Connected to Pakuwon Mall, very convenient for shopping and eating. The parking quite confusing as connected to mall parking.
